It's the best place I've been to in Florida for hair color. The prices are high! For my first appointment, I went in for root touch up, to lighten the face frame (Scandi Hairline), and toner or gloss. I ended up also getting full-head balayage and trim. The staff they have washing the hair do a great job - they have comfortable sink set ups and they give you a nice head massage. Kemal wouldn't do a Scandi, but applied lots of balayage highlights to the frame of my face. I've gotten numerous compliments on the color by Kemal and have already booked my next appointment! My second appointment was for a blowout. The technician did a nice job; however, he said it would last until the next morning, but it only lasted a few hours before the wave seemed to melt away. I think the hairspray used was too gentle for my hair.

She squeezed me in the same day, spent HOURS carefully correcting the color, preserving the dimension of my balayage, and making sure my hair still looked healthy and natural. She stayed until 10 PM (an hour after closing!) to make sure everything was right and never once rushed the process. What impressed me most is that she didn't just cover up the problem -- she thoughtfully corrected it while keeping the hair dimensional, soft, and flattering. The final result looks polished, healthy, and so much more sophisticated than I expected after the disaster I walked in with.
