IF IT WAS TOO EXTENSIVE WHY DIDN'T YOU JUST REJECT ME FROM THE JUMP? WHY DID YOU DO THE SCALP TREATMENT FIRST? Why did you tell me you can fit me in just to only do a scalp treatment for less than an hour? I am just in disbelief by the unprofessionalism. I paid $35 for a simple scalp hair treatment that didn't even work because after 3 hours, my scalp flakes are already back.
