Today was the third time I've been to LC nails. I like a gel manicure with a bit of flair and that has been hard to find in Eureka. I had the same person this time and last time. Her name is Hoai and she is very talented. Last time I just asked for flowers and was expecting the usual flowers that everyone does here. Not so! I was given a beautiful garden with a flower blooming. So this time I showed her a picture and asked her to do it with different colors. I'm over the moon with my design! They did an amazing job with my nails at a reasonable price!! The art work was Halloween related and they did it perfectly. The atmosphere was very welcoming and relaxing. I was a walk-in for acrylic nails, it was my first time getting them. When my nail tech finally started, she rushed through it, barely said a word to me, and didn't seem to even be wanting to do them. My shape and french tips came out weird, I wanted an almond shape but some look more triangle shaped. read more

Horrible horrible horrible. I went for a fill and she drilled my previous color off and then drilled the acrylic down super uneven and lumpy and then did not lay down any acrylic anywhere except the backs where my nails had grown out. So now I just have lumpy ass uneven nails. One corner of the tip will be thick and fat and the other corner of the same tip is extremely thin and flimsy. You can see through the paint. They're crooked and jagged and pointing different directions. They left my nails grown out underneath. You can see where the she laid acrylic on the backs, it does not blend into the acrylic that was already there, it's a huge ripple between her acrylic and the previous acrylic. Half assed af. You could tell they started not even caring the closer it got to their closing time. It would've looked better if I had let a monkey take a piece of sandpaper to my nails. I'm so done trying to find a good nail place in this county. read more

I was told on the phone that a pedicure was $30.00. I gave them my debit card to pay and they charged me $50.00. When I questioned the charge she tried to explain but I couldn't understand what she was saying. I don't think they understand or speak much English. She said thank you & I left. I have gotten my nails done here before, nothing fancy, no problems. Recently had a full set done for a wedding. They made it barely a week before lifting and breaking off, so disappointed. My money is hard earned and I am courteous and always tip well. I can't see going back. read more

Today I had gone here and I was super nervous because I have really bad anxiety and I usually go to a private nail tech. With that being said I had an appointment at 2:30 and took a little over 15 mins to wait which was okay. But when I got in the seat the lady took out an acrylic nail tip and she started separating my natural nail with the acrylic nail which is not the correct way to remove nails nor is it healthy or sanitary. I let her continue it hurt really bad and when she got to my second to last nail she cut into my nail bed of my actual nail which really really hurt and I'm not one to confront people but I had to tell her to stop and not to do anymore I had to step out of the place for a little while before going back in. When I came back one of the other ladies kept apologizing to me and helped my nails as much as she could and did a proper soak off which is all I wanted. She was super nice but it could've all been avoided. I also still had to pay for the service which in my eyes I should've at least got a discount due to ruining the health of my natural nails. So be careful if you go here to get nails removed. read more

If you want to go here and get your nails painted then they will get the job done. But for $70 don't expect a massage, expect them to lightly rub lotion on your calves for a few minutes. They didn't even touch my feet except to trim and paint the nails and place into paraffin wax bags. ZERO lotion on your feet which I found to be disappointing considering the high cost of the service. I called multiple other salons before coming to this one, they were all too busy to accommodate, so landed here. Lesson learned, I would not recommend. read more

DON'T GO HERE!!! I will never go here again...... This used to be my regular place for a pedicure, but not anymore. They must be under new management or staff, because the price went up $10 and the quality of their staff dropped..... I'm supposed to be relaxing getting my toes done, noooooo... The girl doing my toes feels the need to reshape my big toenail and cut it past it's point and continues to cut my foot.... Now I have this sore on my big toe, that I have to deal with so it doesn't get infected..... Also the shit they rub on your legs that they call lotion, dried the fuck out of my shins... It is a process and she is an artist - so make sure you don't book anything else for the day - you don't want to rush the magic. I had a consult, color match, and the install for my sisters wedding. I went from blonde, to dark, and from mid length hair to long. It looks and feels so good and I plan on keeping them for a long time. I booked my appointment 3 weeks in advance for Stella. The receptionist booked our apt on the day Stella wasn't even going to be in. I go in today at 12pm, they tell me that Stella is out of town. So one of the stylist said if I wait for an hour, she can help me. First off, why have that booking open if the person isn't there? Also, why don't you ppl check your appts to make sure?? I even got the text message confirming my appointment yet the stylist didn't even know I'd be there? UNORGANIZED Second, The other lady there told me she couldn't fit me in but then somehow did when she didn't even have time to complete my entire request. IF YOU'RE GOING TO FIT SOMEONE IN, ASK THEM FIRST WHAT THEY WANT DONE ENTIRELY, it's called time management. IF YOU DIDNT HAVE TIME TO DO MY HAIR WHY DIDNT YOU ASK ME FIRST WHAT TYPE OF CUT? The stylist just assumed I wanted a trim and a hair treatment. She started off asking me what I wanted and I told her I want a HAIRCUT & a treatment. Instead of assuming my cut was only a trim, she should've asked me from the start what type of cut I wanted so she can see if she had time to do it. Instead she proceeds with the scalp treatment. After getting the treatment and sitting on the chair for 15-20 min. letting it soak, she then tells me she can't even do the cut because it's too "extensive." IF IT WAS TOO EXTENSIVE WHY DIDN'T YOU JUST REJECT ME FROM THE JUMP? WHY DID YOU DO THE SCALP TREATMENT FIRST? Why did you tell me you can fit me in just to only do a scalp treatment for less than an hour? I am just in disbelief by the unprofessionalism. I paid $35 for a simple scalp hair treatment that didn't even work because after 3 hours, my scalp flakes are already back. Next time, please don't book your clients on days the stylist aren't there and don't do anything on your clients hair if you don't even have the FULL TIME to do their entire request.

My first impression was wow! This place is clean and nice people working there. The guy that work there recommended me to the pedicure deluxe and gel manicure. I've to said it was a best experience I ever had. The massage for the pedicure was relaxing with the hot stone, than the paraffin, and mask made my skin feel smooth again. It was a great pedicure by far I ever had. The gel mani was nice too! I definitely recommend my family and friends here. I've to say thanks to my best friend Michelle's for telling me about this place. :) read more

They're always so friendly, I've always had an amazing experience. They even helped me with my baby when he woke up and was crying. One of them held him and played with him while I finished getting my nails done. The couple times where I wasn't quite satisfied with their work, they fixed it without question and didn't charge any extra. The prices are affordable and I keep going back every time! read more

I have been here a couple of times. Even when they appear super busy, they have alway gotten me in for a perdicure within about 20 minutes without an appointment. The work is fast with great results. I recently went somewhere else & my gel polish started peeling within a couple weeks. LC pedicure stays on forever! read more

Terrible place, cut my cuticle with the drills on all my fingers. Paint wasn't dry when they told me to go. Terrible people and customer service. Anyone who knows a good nail job knows by after going to this place that this is the opposite of good. read more
