I stoped using them after that but today my daughters dad was the one to take her to the doctor. He mistakenly told the nurse we still used Walgreens instead of the cvs across the street. When he got to the drive through the girl told him our daughter was not in the system and they didn't have it. Me and my daughter obviously go to two different doctors so it is Walgreens fault not the doctor offices. He went inside and showed them the paperwork that said it was sent there and said he needed the medicine for our daughter who was in pain. The girl talked with her manager for 5 minutes and all of a sudden they had it. He then was told to come back in a couple hours and they would have it ready. I'm not sure how or why they are this incompetent or lazy or whatever the issue is but I would suggest going to literally any other pharmacy.

It's horrible and frustrating for everyone. Twice I've gone and they wouldn't help me because it was close to lunch time. My husband has a bad experience almost every single time he tries to get his prescriptions. If you walk in to get your prescriptions, it's at least a less irritating experience. They're nice, don't get me wrong, but it's just always an ordeal with so many people using this pharmacy.

If you make a 5 o'clock appointment, your massage doesn't start till 515 and it ends at 6:15 because they allow you 15 minutes to wind down and enjoy some tea They have monthly memberships and their prices are extremely fair I was supposed to have one girl give me a massage, but she had to leave early with an emergency and they gave me somebody else. The vibe, feel, idea, decor and staff friendliness would all be a five star rating. My husband says his massage was five stars. However, my massage was a one star. She pulled on my toes and my fingers and that was not pleasant, she massaged my scalp so hard that I got an Indian burn on my head from my hair and her fingers. She forgot my name, and I really just did not enjoy my massage. I really wanted to love this place as we were looking for a new place to do memberships. Unfortunately, we are doing our memberships for the next six months at another spa. Perhaps we might come back and give this place another try after our six month membership is up at the other place and I would request a different therapist.

I want to preface this by saying that I've never had a bad experience with the rest of the staff inside the store but there is absolutely no way they can make up for just how bad the pharmacy staff are. The pharmacy staff have such a bad attitude that you'd think they hate their job and are trying to run the place into the ground on purpose. They are extremely rude and incompetent at their job, they never have prescriptions ready when you get the notification that they are or they just flat out don't seem to have the request for it. The line in store is absurd and the drive through line is even worse, it's so bad that it regularly gets to the point where it blocks the flow of traffic going to other businesses form the main road. It's straight up dangerous and they have no care in the world when you do finally make it to the window. There is one African American lady who works there who always gives you nasty looks if you are inside and will always huff and puff and smirk at you when you ask questions in the drive through window, it's just an awful experience dealing with her. If you care about professionalism and would actually like the tedious prescription process to not be any more difficult then please go to CVS. If Walgreens even cares at all they should completely replace the entire pharmacy staff.
