Yesterday I had my long frizzy / curly hair cut / styled by Belinda. Today all I can thing is OGM I have never had such nice curly hair! She was amazing and listened (I hate when hair dressers say well just straighten it - its SE Ga and summer not happening)! She even told me if I didn't like the cut in a few days I could come back OR she would send me to a woman with very curly hair. That will NOT be needed. I used to die my hair to cover my silver streak that I have had for 25+ years and she agreed it won't hold dye anymore and it looks great as is (and I read everyone is embracing these). No crazy up sell on anything that will not work for me. I would HIGHLY recommend. I will definitley be going back.

She even gave me a little bottle of shampoo for it. I first went here back in mid-late 2022, and her service and friendliness haven't changed. She's really good at short, edgy cuts, and stylists who can do that are kind of hard to come by. I drove 45 minutes to get here because there were none in my town! That drive was worth it, though. The hairstylist who did my hair was Debby thanks to my step mother's recommendation and I was nervous at first, my hairstylist at home is the only one I trust with my hair and she surprised me with some layers and I asked for bangs to frame my face. It came out great and I will definitely come back here when I'm in the area again and request her specifically to do my hair! My dad got a trim up and layers as well and he said in all his years it was the best haircut he had ever gotten and not bad for $20 including a hair wash! My only complaint would be that it was a bit pricey for mine for $40, but maybe that's because she scrubbed pretty hard so it was a deep cleaning hair wash and blow dry. I would definitely recommend coming in and checking out this hip little hair salon! Friendly welcoming staff and great hairstylists who actually care to have a conversation with their customers and quick service as well!

BAD MANAGEMENT! Today's my birthday, I always get excited for my free gift every year from here! This is not normal for me to write a bad review, and honestly it takes a great deal for me to even complain because I understand the struggle of the service industry! This sweet sweet cashier was working her tail off! She was so kind, patient and did her BEST! She had glasses and brown hair I don't remember her name but, I thanked her many times! unfortunately the MANAGER only scheduled one person to work the floor and since she was the only one actually working she was on register trying to tackle the LONG line of inpatient older Karen's who clearly don't understand what it's like to work in the service industry understaffed while dealing with bad management!!! When the cashier asked for manager help MULTIPLE times the manager yelled at her, had an attitude and was so rude to her one employee in front of a LARGE line of people. No way is that ever right to treat a person in such a way! The manager instead of helping getting this large line of people out the store and distressing the environment she decided to snap at her one employee and run away to "help" someone on the other side of the store. Priorities lady!! Priorities!! I patiently waited and tried to figure out my coupon situation for my free birthday gift, the cashier was being kind and helpful helping me figure out why I never got an email when I do every year and when she asked for the manager to help us the manager refused to give me my free grift and snapped at us. I personally truly don't care about not getting the free gift as much as I care about how this young lady was being treated!!! Bad management makes or breaks a work space and she needs to get herself under control if she's going to want to have hard working, respecting employees! She created a terrible work environment and I've only barely had an encounter with her and I could tell! I'm happy I decided to not shop and get anything for myself for my birthday (I was planning to) because I refuse to give my money to a place that treats there team this way. They squeezed us in for a back to back appointment. When we arrived, the salon was smaller than I expected- not in a bad way though! It was cute and quaint- 3 chairs and 2 wash sinks. Casey styled both of us and did a FANTASTIC job. I've gotten a fair amount of blow outs from both small independent salons and large blow-out chains. This was hands down the best blow out I've ever had. Casey was so kind and knew exactly how to make my mom and I look great- she listened to what we wanted and guided us when we asked for help! My moms hair looked amazing- the difference before and after was so awesome. Casey made my mom's hair look so silky and soft and gorgeous. Loved mine too! Whenever I am back in Savannah this will be my first stop. I highly recommend the ladies at Let it Blo, especially Casey!

Now, I've never had a blowout or anything like this done before, so I honestly didn't know what to expect. I arrived 15 minutes early, and they took me right away--amazing first impression. And the salon? Wow. Holy Batman! Some of the cutest clothes, accessories, and little finds I've ever seen. I was tempted to shop the whole time! Now let's talk about Lexi--the star of the show. I had no clue what I wanted, so I told her to do her thing because she's the expert. And oh boy, am I glad I did. Lexi transformed my hair from "please don't leave the house without a hat" to "go out and show this off to the world!" It's a total holy Batman moment. The price was completely reasonable, and of course, I made sure to tip generously because Lexi absolutely deserved it. I walked out feeling refreshed, vibrant, and--dare I say--beautiful. I can't wait for my next special event to have an excuse to book another appointment. I'm officially hooked!
