She was very easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable, even while being in a very vulnerable position The salon was clean and cozy; just an intimate waiting area and the room for services. They sell hair, makeup, wigs, clothing, shoes, accessories, and everything in between. They get a lot of business because they are open earlier than most store, which is about 8:30am. They are open about 8pm as well. So that's a big draw for them as well. I've come in looking for certain things and found those exact things and more. I put my aunt onto this store as well. She was looking for an affordable unit that I can cut and style for her with having to make one from scratch. We were able to find the perfect one and I got her to step out of her comfort zone and try a new color instead of 1's and 1B's. The hair in the unit was sooooo soft and took heat from my CHI flat iron very well!!! One downside about coming to this store is that they kind of watch people like hawks and that's because they have a really bad problem with shoplifters. They are posting videos on their Facebook page every week of someone shoplifting. I don't understand why people are still shoplifting from them because they have current CCTV equipment that's able to zoom in and out on the shoplifter's face and all?!? So, I try to only go in when I know I'm going to buy something instead of looking around aimlessly. She sent an email confirmation of the appointment and health guidelines were explained. Before the appointment, I received an email reminder of my upcoming appointment. Shay did an amazing job! I wish I had some before and after pictures. My hair went from tightly coiled to flowy silk. Seeing is believing! Shay gave me a silk press (underline the word silk) and I can't keep my hands out of my head. It is softer and silkier than it has ever been in my entire life. Also, she colored, washed, blow dried and silk pressed my hair in UNDER 2 hours! Shay is talented, fast and very professional.

That's just how you feel when you leave. Cleanliness is top notch, products are out of this world and I love that they try different brands and get feed back from their clients. I love it. It keeps me from buying something over the counter that may not work and then I'm stuck with it. I book three to six appointments out in advance and sometimes the full year. If I ever need to change my appointment there is no hassle and they work with me but in return I work with them. That's just building a smart relationship. I love this place!
