That's just how you feel when you leave. Cleanliness is top notch, products are out of this world and I love that they try different brands and get feed back from their clients. I love it. It keeps me from buying something over the counter that may not work and then I'm stuck with it. I book three to six appointments out in advance and sometimes the full year. If I ever need to change my appointment there is no hassle and they work with me but in return I work with them. That's just building a smart relationship. I love this place!

Hope spoke to me and really worked to understand my hair, how it behaves, my styling routine, and what I wanted from the cut before she even started. She then cut my hair and walked me through the styling to make sure I could replicate the results at home. And I have certainly been able to! I had never done a major chop like this on my hair EVER, but I have been so happy with the results. I've since been back again for a trim to maintain the length, and I'll be returning regularly for...forever! Not only does the team at Salon Sano do great work, but they are so personable and friendly, and the salon is cute and well-decorated. They offer drinks and make you feel right at home. I say "appeared" because there were several women in an unseen back room laughing and talking, and every so often one of them would peek out, look at me, and then lean back in. Finally, when I was just about to turn around and walk back out, someone else came from another direction, to ask me what I wanted. Well, I'm standing there with long hair, in a hair salon. Should have been obvious. I told her I came for a haircut. Ignoring the completely empty salon, she told me everyone was busy, and I could make an appointment for the following afternoon. So I just left. I'm very glad this salon is so busy that they can afford to turn away clients.
