So ill try she was freshly out of a wheel chair because she was hit walking her Son to school and wanted to get her hair done to feel little like she did before her traumatic event. So she scheduled her appointment not realizing whose salon it was she was best friends with owners husband maybe ex by this point and hated my friend with a passion, but once she made it to her appointment she realized and seen Jenn they said if cancel they charge half for balayage she scheduled her appointment. For and cute trim on ends and so they proceeded amd had her sign form put color corrector on her hair at around noon or 11 and left it on until about 7 or 8 pm. Then. Charged her $700. And laughed because the girl Jenn had do that to her hair said she can actually pulled it off when ends frizzed so bad they had to cut it off like a boy to the ears and my fiance didn't like confrontation and left and cried few our family and friends called Jenn requesting money back she blaimed it on the one who worked for got her own salon now.She said to contact her, and she was one to hold responsible!
