I went to this salon for my highlight and one of the worst worst and worst experience. The unprofessional owner of this salon Olga I don't know who gave her license. She is so unprofessional that first she don't know how to color hair. Second she is not gentle at all she was so rough and tough on my scalp and with my hair. Third she uses worst products. Fourth she made my hair look so rough. Fifth she applied color on my face, ears, neck and shirt such an unprofessional. Sixth talking in her language with her co worker thinking I don't knw her language but I got everything whatever u said. Seventh shame on the school whoever gave her this degree and license. You are such an unprofessional lady Olga that u need to go schooling again and learn proper way otherwise one day u need to shut down ur business. And yeah if u go and ask her hey do u knw to color or highlight she will say yes but please please don't believe her becoz all she know is to mess up the hair. BEST COLORING EVER! Olga is the best in the hair coloring creator/mixologist! she knows how to combine and create unique colors and always does a great job. I needed to rate at least 1 star in order to rate this place. The salon does not deserve NOT EVEN one. This place is the WORST EVER! Be aware if you decide to enter this place! I've been to this salon a few times.Very unprofessional staff.Olga the owner is rude.I expressed that i was not satisfied with my hair color and she insisted that i was wrong and it ws the best she could do.I asked her to lighten my hair and when she was done i ended up with dark brown she convinced me to return in 6 weeks to intent to lighten my hair again but this time it ws a lil bit lighter but still dark brown.I was not happy but again she insisted she had done her job.seeing that i wasn't satisfied different seem to concern her.i feel like it was a waste of money. I went in for my haircut and one of the employees was rude, lacked customer service, and very disrespectful. I have been a long time customer and last week will be my last time giving them my money. I usually walk in the area where they give the haircuts because the owner allows me to do so. So, I went in to tell an employee how to cut my husbands hair and she scolded me in a way to humiliate me. She was very disrespectful just because I wanted to tell her the way my husband wanted his haircut, not even the shop owner treats customers in such a manner. On top of that, the employee did not even do a good job because my husband wasn't content with his hair. So, we quickly returned and another customer was doing what I did, but the employee did not reprimand her? Overall terrible experience and the employees need to learn customer service skills and common decency. If could give them 0 stars, I would. read more

Olga the owner took close to 4 hrs to style my daughter's hair for a Quince and it was too much for her to handle so she passed my daughter to her employee because of this her employee took almost 4 for mine and didn't finish. Olga still had the audacity to charge me the full price even when she knows she FAILED to our verbally agreement. Olga had the nerve to PLUCK my 78 yr. old mothers eyebrows while her eyes were closed without my mothers permission or consent, "WHO DOES THAT?". My daughter was in tears because they weren't doing the hair style the way she had picked it. She guarantees that our hairstyles would last to the next day, after 2 hrs. Curls were down. We had to run out if not we would of never made it yo church. Olga talks bad about her customers and talks down, humiliates and belittles her Cuban employee. Olga had the audacity to charge me $340.00 for unfinished hairdos. Olga won't give me my collateral check back, she charged my credit card different from the receipt she gave me. I've called her Salon 3 times and she has her employees hang up on me and for me to contact her via cellphone. I've sent her several texts and won't respond and instead of fixing these situation SHE had the nerve to call the Police on me for harrassment. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED ABOUT THIS PLACE. read more
