Ended up paying $850 for a poor hair job with someone who did not had the ethics to honor the price we agree $550 (only for color in very thin short hair) I will post photos of those msgs too. I showed her hair references of what were my expectations so I can prepare my hair to receive new extensions. I showed her the color of those extensions. She mentioned to not worry about because she was professional and knew what she was doing. Very well. She left my hair orange/yellow/brownish/brassy and my roots out with several stains spots. Nothing like the photos I have showed as reference. I never seen a such poor color job for a such expensive price. $750 in cash because she does not accept Zelle plus $100 deposit paid applepay. When I divided the hair in sections I noticed more mistakes. I contacted her.. her response was "I cannot give you a refund but I can give you a color correction if her mistake". So I went there on a Sunday when the salon was empty and closed and she tried to manage to fix but still didn't correct for what I was hoping would be. I've done the hair with her came back for a correction few days later and still wasn't good. Very sloppy. Here I will post photos of her job and those pictures will speak for it self. She destroyed my hair color and refused to give a refund basically telling on my face that I have to deal financially,emotional and visually with her mistakes and be ok with it. I have mentioned to her that this hair transformation meant a lot for me because I just been out of a domestic violent relationship and I'm single mother so this transformation was going to help me with my self esteem and now I feel deceived, scammed by this person name Lina "the blonde plug" and I have to pay more money for someone to do the job right and she avoided to reply my last text. Very disrespectful and awful situation. So I definitely don't recommend her.

The salons system sends a couple of email/text reminders before your date. I was a bit nervous since, in the past, i usually get a message from the stylist asking what Im looking for and wanting a current photo of my hair. I arrived to my appt 15 minutes early. There is plenty of parking in the lot, even with the other store fronts. The roundabout makes it a bit of a pain to get in. When entering, I wasnt greeted by the secretary at the desk. Kind of just stood their awkwardly for a minute before figuring out that there's an ipad to check in with. But if I had been a walk-in, which they accept, it doesnt give that welcoming impression. Savannah greeted me shortly after checking in and she was attentive as I answered her questions on what I wanted. Felt truly heard. Ive been on the search for someone to dye my hair and my past experiences haven't been ideal, color fades even when using the recommended shampoo treatments. Im writing this 2 months later and my hair color is still vibrant. Loved my cut, and the style I was envisioning came to fruition with Savannah's hands. I would say the washing process itself was a bit painful. Gloves felt like they were pulling a lot but I understand theyre needed to protect from the chemicals used. Music is being played while in the salon but I think a TV would be helpful, especially for those appt's that run longer. Overall, it was a positive experience and I'd recommend others pay a visit with the talented Savannah.
