I was so satisfied that I returned, fast-forward to my visit today on Friday. I came in at 5:15 And they started on my hair about 545. I asked for a root touch up touchup, which then comes with a wash roller set and blow dry. The color matched but MY ROOTS are not colored, completely disappointed, I am livid. I showed a picture of how I wanted the hair to be styled, and I looked like a grandma, the curls not popping. I'm going to go home and use my own curling iron to fix the curls. I went to pay and I was charged $140 just to touch up the roots which is NOT colored. What if I had to do highlights that's like $300. I don't wanna know what that ticket would look like. While I understand, businesses have certain prices there are no set prices for you to see. I've had my hair done in New York full set of color and highlights for less than my root touch up. This was not an experience I wanted, going out of town and I have no to fix this disaster.

It pains me to write this update. I was so enthusiastic about my first experience that I wrote the…read morevery first review and it was glowing! Initially, I'd used a Groupon and gotten a relaxer and one of the best haircuts I ever had! Six months later, I returned for a relaxer, cut and color. I asked if semi-permanent color would be used because my hair grade is pretty fine to begin with and it's safer. Toby said a demi would be fine and that he would even use a permanent color if he'd been doing my hair the whole time because it would be healthy enough. Needless to say, you could practically see my scalp afterwards. I went home and cried! In fairness, my hair wasn't in the best condition to begin with. But that is further evidence of why I think a demi was bad advice. I've since ditched relaxers, I eat better, take supplements and I'm back on my way to glorious locks again.. The Tobanizer still gives the best haircuts. He is truly gifted in this area. But I will not return.
