Natasha is very professional and answered all my questions. She worked with my schedule and was prompt with updated information or getting back to me if I left a text or voicemail. Alicia was the nail tech and she showed up slightly early to get a lay of the land and find just the right spot. We were celebrating a girlfriend's birthday and she handled 5 spa pedicures very efficiently. She was very personable and professional. About 6 weeks ago I had a literal spinal rebuild. Needless to say, I'm not driving or doing much of anything. I had clear polish before the surgery, required by the surgeons. No color! So 6 weeks in I was fighting recovery depression and cabin fever. On a whim, I searched for mobile nail spa. It exists! I made an appointment. Anne showed up right on time and in quite a compact way, managed to bring an entire salon with her into my living room. I got a pedi with a gel mani. Before tip, it was $120. For me, temporarily crippled and dying for some sort of pick-me-up, this was a steal! And it did indeed make me feel better. Sometimes it's the little things that brighten a girl's day. She gave a relaxing foot massage with complete spa pedicure. We will definitely be using her services in the future. When I found La Bella on line, I was at a sixth-month post-op after back surgery and was unable to do much more than just soak my feet. I am sixty, male and had never had a pedicure and was very hesitant about getting one although I knew I desperately needed one. I had unattractive feet before the surgery and they hadn't improved. The owner called me back on the same day I had contacted her salon via her website. She make me feel at ease immediately and let me know that seniors were a important part of her clientele. She arrived on time and brought with her everything needed for a full service pedicure with message theapy. When she finished an hour later, my feel not only felt great but they looked like they did twenty years ago. I was not embarassed about my feel for the first time in a long time. The bottom line is I can sincerely reccomend La Bella for anyone, guys too, whose feet suffer from years of neglect. Natasha and her team are amazing. The technician just left and I knew I had to write a review as soon as possible. We booked 3 pedicures to enjoy in our hotel in room while visiting Atlanta. We had two therapeutic pedicures that included an amazing massage, and a children's pedicure. The children's pedicure was not listed as a service on the website but Natasha was more than accommodating when I called to inquire about the services and they do provide great pedicures for children. My niece is 10 and really enjoyed the treatment. LaTonya (our technician) was very professional and even arrived 20 minutes ahead of schedule. The appointment lasted about 2hrs 45min. We didn't feel rushed and everyone got better attention than I've ever received at a typical salon. As you can tell by my lengthy review I can't help but sing the praises of the company, owner, technician, services and professionalism. Everything from start (booking) to finish (hating to see our technician go) was amazing. Please book with Labella, they will not disappoint. I have already scheduled my next appointment! Natasha and Jessica are very professional. I prefer to have someone come to my home because of my schedule, comfort and ease and it seems more sanitary approach with the individualized service in my home versus going to the high volume local nail salon. I had someone for years who came to my home but she moved. SO I searched the internet for days with hopes of finding a mobile nail salon to do a much needed pedicure and manicure. I contacted Labella through their Facebook page. Called the next morning, scheduled an appointment for the Relaxation manicure/pedicure combo. Payment was done online. Jessica showed up at my door at 9:00 sharp, with everything she needed in what looked like a suitcase on wheels. She was very nice, and professional. She created a working space that was comfortable for me to sit and relax. It looked literally like a nail salon in my keeping room. After choosing my colors from the mostly OPI selection of nail polishes that she brought with her, I enjoyed catching up on reading a few magazines and emails while drinking my morning cup of tea as she completed her work.
