I'm so glad we did! Note that there is a sign on the door that states they don't take walk ins, but they ended up saying they could squeeze us in before their next appointment, which we really appreciated! We had the best experience here! They were incredibly professional and kind. We had a great time chatting with them. The price was average compared to other places in the area. I've been going here regularly for about 4 years now and highly recommend this nail salon. Lana's quality is excellent every time and her husband Huong does a wonderful job on the pedicures. The salon is very quiet, relaxing, and low key. They only do by-appointment so that's why people get turned away even if the salon doesn't look very busy. Great job on my gel manicure ($25), and the place is very clean and well-kept. The only reason i'm not giving this place 5 stars is because i called ahead to make a reservation, but that reservation time was not honored. I ended up sitting around and waiting for about 30 minutes, which basically defeats the point of a reservation. Best Ever service, sometimes you may need an appointment if they are really busy as with all companies. Usually only have my nails done, but recently had leg injuries from a fall and they offer massage as well. I didn't have to wait too long to get helped and although I got a pretty basic mani done, the person helping me was nice to offer some suggestions based on what I wanted to get done, to help me save more money - I thought that was nice. I got an acrylic set with gel 2 days ago I am not pleased with the quality I didn't notice until I got home later because I had been taking my boyfriends sister out for her birthday that's why we went to the salon but they are extremely thick, wide, and messy I tried calling them several times within the past 2 days to schedule a date to fix them because I don't want to walk in and them try and charge me because I already paid 50$ and I do not want to have to pay to get them cleaned up and I did my best to file them and make them presentable but for 50$ I shouldn't have to do that the service was great my boyfriends sisters nails looked great but I will not be back it is too expensive and basic quality nothing extraordinary (p.s. the photo doesn't justify how bulky they are and I cleaned them up and made them less wide and that barely helped also they are already peeling they were supposed to be coffin style) read more

Oh my! Lana is the best thing since sliced bread! She listened to what I wanted, made suggestions, we went with her expertise and two weeks later my nails still look amazing. I had SNS done at another salon and did not like the product. It made my nails incredibly thick and I couldn't scratch anything lol. She suggested acrylic with gel polish and she was right. She even used two different gel colors to achieve the color I wanted. This is the first time I have had gel nail polish done where it hasn't lifted. Honestly if I could give Lana 10 stars I would. What a rude interaction!! I am over 9 months pregnant, literally delivering tomorrow. As the male technician was finishing w a simple polish change, I asked for him to clean up the blue paint that was remnant on my toes, as I clearly can't reach them. What was his response? He loaded up a cotton ball w polish remover and demolished the paint job! What a rude and immature reaction!! Then neither person would respond when I asked what had just happened. I've had an issue with this before, him leaving paint on my toes, but I just couldn't deal with it today, as I typically can when I can reach my toes. I hate this for the female tech and I think owner; she had to deal w this but it seems like she's used to him losing his temper. Shame. No apologies or acknowledgement. I won't be back. read more

Decided to give this place a try since the last one I went to was awful and ruined my nails! It wasn't very busy but I had to wait since there was only two techs available and both were with a client at the moment which I don't ever mind waiting especially if a place and service is worth it. So about 45 mins go by and then I finally seated I do wish they placed a plastic bag in the foot spa because of sanitation reasons. The lady was super helpful and matched my gel nail to a regular polish for my feet! They were both very friends and socialized with me while doing my nails. The lady was clearly fixing the mess of nails I had which were SNS polish done at Regal nails & spa salon (horrible services with them btw) she was very knowledgeable with explaining why my nails were done incorrectly and clearly by someone very inexperienced she would point and show me the damaged on my finger nails and I was even starting to build up mold/staining on my nails from the poorly done job! I am greatly and left very happy with the services I received! It was a little costly but some times we have to pay a pretty penny for a well done service rather than pay a low fee for a blotched job just to be left paying more to get it repaired which was my situation today!
