The lady handed me a price list from the stack of pamphlets sitting on the counter. When it was time to checkout none of the prices matched the charges. I brought this to her attention and she said the list she gave me was old. She refused to honor the prices and said there was no manager or anyone else who would change the prices. Helen did a great job on my nails. I loved the Christmas design. Allen got me the worse pedicure EVER. Victoria gave my husband the BEST pedicure. There are an abundance of nail salon so I won't be back. Customer service means a lot and on this day they had NONE.

He listened to me, he understood the issues I've had in the past and shaped my nails without a nick on my skin! That is huge for me because I am big on nails. My shape was perfect, I didn't have to keep checking the shape and I didn't have to keep asking to fix them. He just took his time and did my nails exactly how I wanted them. He was so nice and asked me questions about the different issues I've had in the past with my nails. He explained his experience and techniques and now I somewhat understand how it's done. They didn't have the color I wanted but he went through 10+ colors to help me get something close to what I want. Book Tom! Don't get me wrong, I still love Ms Lindsey & Vanam but Tom will be my go to if he isn't booked. Thank you Tom for everything! My nails look amazing and thank you for being patient bc I'm super picky about my nails.

Drinks were offered (sweet tea, orange juice, and a Coke for our crew), and from there it was full-on relax mode. They have a variety of packages depending on what you're looking for--I usually go for the cucumber melon pedicure with gel. For my manicure, I switch between gel and dip, and they have a huge selection of colors to choose from. They're currently expanding and adding more chairs, and the vibe is super cute. They also offer complimentary drinks and have TVs so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy being pampered. I come here about once a month and definitely recommend checking this place out!
