I am new to this area, so I went online to research salons in my area. I looked through dozens of…read morereviews, so I showed up with pretty high expectations, and very messed up hair. Right away, Tarin welcomed me in and we started talking about solutions for my hair issues. She's absolutely one of the most educated and talented hair dressers I've ever been to in my life. I went in with a botched, uneven haircut, and a horrible hair color from another salon. She took the time to explain to me why my hair color was in need of some correction, and she kept the length in my hair, but completely reshaped it and it looks fantastic now!! I have found my salon home now, and will not go anywhere else! I also have had my hair blown out by Debra and she's terrific too. Her experience is very evident in how quickly she was able to achieve the exact look I was hoping for! Once you try John Gregory Salon, you will never want to go anywhere else. I showed her a few ideas but ultimately just wanted a noticeable hair transformation. She definitely exceeded all expectations and gave me a style I feel so confident in! Not only was I highly impressed with my hair but the overall experience was great. I brought my one year old daughter with me to get her bangs trimmed as well, and even when she got a little fussy the Salon staff were so kind and helpful. They made us feel so welcomed the whole time. I can honestly say I left this salon SO HAPPY and look forward to booking more appointments here in the future!

That was honestly not a problem considering I am looking for a new stylist. However, that's when things got really bad for me. When I sat down with Giulian ( I think thats what her name was) she insisted on knowing what salon I had been to before, while I am not interested in talking negatively about anyone in my community so I politely declined to tell her who it was. After that, we took my hair down and the stylist said "ewuu"! And then stated "she wasn't comfortable with me in her chair" and told me to reschedule with someone else. I left there in tears today.
