Wish I could give zero stars. Scheduled an appointment-then came in was taken back well after my appointment start time-only to be told by the stylist that the front desk overbooked her and she couldn't do the full service. Stylist (shortish brown hair) was VERY rude and annoyed. When I booked I repeated the appointment needed THREE times and the front desk repeated it back. The cost of the color appointment was well above the other salon I called in the area. I was so disappointed and will never be back again. Waiting area was unclean full of hair on top of it-that should have been my first sign to leave. Unhappy with the service and would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

My husband clearly told the stylist nothing off the top. She proceeded to completely shave his head. While mistakes happen, he's recently recovered from cancer and his hair just started to grow back. This was extremely triggering for him. He explained multiple times no cut off the top, the sides grow faster just clean up nothing off the top. read more

Worst hair experience of my life. I went because this is where my husband and child have gone previously. I refuse to ever go back and will not allow anyone else in my family to go. I HAD long thick hair that fell to mid/lower back (lower than bra strap by 3 inches) and I keep my hair up in a bun and can't have pieces falling into my face for job requirements. I also I have professional photos tomorrow and an upcoming event this weekend-so this is horrible timing for a bad haircut. I'm two weeks post partum and wanted a trim to keep my hair manageable and healthy. I expressed my concern about post partum hair loss as this was a major issue during my first child. It had been some time since my last hair cut so the dead ends were apparent. The "stylist" said about 3-4inches would need to come off and I was in agreement saying that NO More than 4-5 inches, to keep my layers long and that I don't want any short layers or framing near my face. She immediately cut off about 5 inches (more now that I realized) before washing my hair. When we got back to the chair she didn't have me facing the mirror and continued to snip. When she got to my front/face she took the scissors and sheared Down above my jawline. I was shocked. I asked her not to cut or frame my face. I asked what she was doing and she said framing my face and then would give me long layers. I was livid. I looked in the mirror and my hair was at shoulder length with my face framed with 2-3 inch strands. I told her it was too short. That I wasn't happy. This was not what I had asked for. She said she needed to even it out and that when it dried it would be better. Which we all know when it dries it's shorter. I asked her to dry my hair so I could see--said it didn't need to be styled or completely dried that I just wanted to see how short it was. She didn't inform me there was an up charge for this service. It was short and uneven. My hair cannot be pulled back into ponytail without strands falling out that hit right below my ears. This is the most embarrassing look I've ever had and isn't flattering at all. I also am going to be shedding clumps and having bald spots soon (post partum) so this short frizzed look isn't going to help remedy the situation. I do want to say that I did talk to the manager, Courtney, and she was professional, apologetic and tried to help rectify the situation. I cannot recommend this business, but I can appreciate Courtney's sincere apology and remediation. More pictures to be posted read more

My teenage kid went there to have his short hair trimmed a bit. No shampoo, no blow dry. Only little trim on the back (honestly I couldn't see any change). The charge was nearly $30. He told me it only took less than 5 minutes. read more
