I would need to go to someone else to fix the issue which will be a corrective work costing even more than what it would have if you guys didn't mess up the hair. I try to resolve this very nicely with you guys. But you guys do not want to take any responsibility. You're gaslighting me to my face. I am so disappointed with them. I went in to get my hair highlighted to match my previous highlight that has grown out. I had a consultation with them 3 weeks prior to the appointment. Went in the day of and showed them the reference photo and explained to Sora that I want to get less damage as possible and showed the reference picture again. She said she can achieve the look by doing a "color" highlight. Even though room the first consult I was told that it wouldn't it be achieved without using bleach and I said yes that is fine. But when Sora the stylist said she will be achieving the look with minimal damage by using the color bleach I said ok you know best because your the hair stylist. She finished the work by basically doing nothing to my hair. The contrast on my from the perevious color was very visible and the looks worst then before. Then I asked for fixing it they said they will charge me all over for a fix up. I said no I am not paying anything else since I paid $220 already. They refused to fix it or refund anything. I am sooo disappointed at them.

I went home, soaked my hair and did my routine. my curls are completely damaged and have lost their natural wave and pattern. i now have straggly bang pieces just flying everywhere and my hair just looks really awful. i have been working so hard on getting my natural curls back and this just set me back. I have been wearing it up since I got it cut and refuse to wear it naturally now. I don't feel like I was listened to at all and she just gave me the haircut she wanted to do which looks the same as all the other photos in the reviews. she essentially gave me a haircut for straight hair when I have wavy and curly hair. now I have to wait for this to grow out and get it fixed after spending $75 on this. I feel like every thing was out of my control which is the opposite of how a haircut should be. I've cried off and on about this because I just feel like I lost the little bit of confident I had - my curls.

I don't know how she's the educator for cuts, but she's terrible at it. Uneven (like 1 inch shorter than the other side) and jagged. Fab for color and highlights, but oh man, pick someone else for the cut. PR Partners - I like Raeghan, but get her some better training in the styling department.

Jenny is fantastic. I came in with damaged hair and Jenny asked questions about my last experience at another salon, was attentive and listened to my ideas and worked with me to give great suggestions about how I could achieve the colors I wanted and cut while working with the damage to my hair and it came out perfect! She did a beautiful blend of walnut lowlights and ash blonde highlights and a perfect cut with layers and face framing and I have gotten so many compliments after one day. She was also so kind and always checking on me through the whole process between other clients while my hair processed and took photos at the end so when I get touched up I can show her exactly what I want again. I wrote another review and unfortunately Yelp decided to lose it, I guess. So called hair stylist name Angie tried to trim my hair very recently. She was not respectful enough to listen to me, as a hair stylist she should have known not the trim the hair around my chubby face like that, but she did it anyways. She rushed it so fast, my hair looked obviously uneven. When I pointed it to her, she said she could fix it, Well, it is too late to fix it if it requires more super fast hair cut. I told her I was trying to grow my fine/thin hair more than once. Maybe, she was not able to hear and understand my miniscule request from all her loudly chewing and bubbling chewing gum sound. read more

First time here but not first time trying to get the look I wanted. This is the first time of all places I had been asked the most questions to accomplish the look I looked forward to. Not only Victor was positive about his feedback towards my hair but he made sure that I received the best treatment for my scalp. Usually my scalp burns to a point it's not cool. My long time hairdresser retired and I had to find a new one for my coloring. I chose Young at the Fair Lakes Center for my color and cut. Young was very welcoming and professional. She did an excellent job with my roots touchup an haircut and I left feeling like a million bucks. I have made my next appointment. Highly recommend Young! read more

I had to leave without getting the service, wasting my time and plans. If you're not going to honor your Groupon deals, don't advertise them! This whole experience was stressful, unprofessional, and dishonest.
