My hair is completely ruined. Half of my head has layers there are pieces that are two inches longer than the rest. I had to wait past my appointment time, spend longer getting shampooed and than i did getting cut and my hair is completely ruined nothing is straight or even this is awful! I had a referral from a friend and had a fantastic experience. They are being very careful with protocols and strict with appointments. The phone rang several times and had walk ins but were turned away since they are pacing appointments. My stylist Crystal was fantastic, put me at ease every step and was very efficient and smart with what she did. She offered options but was never pushy or a hard sell. There was a electronic issue at the end but she kept a very professional and service focused attitude. If you want a no frills, relaxed style experience, I definitely recommend. read more

I made an appointment for my daughter to get a blow and curl. It was super easy to make an appointment and they sent prompt appointment reminders. The staff was very attentive and friendly when we arrived and able to start my daughter's appointment on time. They did a great job on her hair. I also saw the staff doing a great job on other people's hair and being very accommodating for any same day or walk-in appointments. read more

I scheduled an appointment for a hair cut online and arrived ten minutes early for my confirmed appointment. I selected "first available" as I am in town for a wedding. When I walked in there were four stylists sitting without clients and no one was waiting. I was told that they didn't have my appointment in their system and that no one else could help me. They didn't make any attempt to find another appointment or even ask any questions, they could not have been quicker to dismiss me. read more

Painfully slow wait here. This place could easily get more appointments in during the day if they moved with any kind of urgency. They also excessively chit chat with the clients while their checking out and when the haircut is over. I listened to phone call after phone call of people trying to get a haircut on the same day and they said that there aren't any available appointments. Took super long to get someone ready for a haircut as I watched, took 5+ minutes to just broom up hair off the floor. These workers look like their in a constant state of slow motion. read more

I like getting my hair cut here. I get anxiety at fancy salons and always feel that I have to talk and I'm not good enough to sit in that chair even though money is money. I always love my hair when I walk out of here. I like my stylist, Hedron. She is down to earth and doesn't make me feel stupid. You can walk in or make an appointment online or by phone. There is a reason this location has less than 4 stars. They are awful. First, the guy named Mike is a first class douchebag. First, he didn't even know we had an appointment. He came out and asked my husband if our daughter has an appointment and then complained about my daughter (who is 4 1/2 with delays) had a mask on but it wasn't tight enough and when my husband tried explaining that she hasn't been anywhere since this pandemic started so she may take the mask off, he became rude and said she didn't have a choice and she'd have to wear it. I get wanting to be safe but when a father tries to explain that his child may not wear it the whole time because she hasn't needed one because she hasn't been anywhere, you need to be more understanding. You can't explain the purpose of a mask due to a pandemic to a toddler, especially one with learning delays. He rips the mask out of my husbands hand to tie it, ties it too tight to even get on my daughters head and it was so tight my husband couldn't even loosen it so it had to be tossed out which wasted one of my masks. Then he proceeds to tell my husband he has to go finish something, goes into the back and eats his lunch. My husband watched him. At this point it was after our appointment time which is rude and unprofessional especially when you expect a tip. Then he puts the cover on her and wouldn't let her hold her tablet which helps keep her calm and cooperative. He told my husband to take it away. He then starts to begin my daughters hair, stops immediately and tells my husband he can't do her hair because there is a nit in her hair. A woman employee comes over and says the same. They proceed to tell my husband they can't cut her hair and they have to leave right now. We had my daughters PROFESSIONALLY done at a lice treatment center yesterday. I went through it again this morning at LEAST five times before we went to her appointment and her hair was clear. She spent three hours having her hair treated at the Lice Treatment center yesterday. We came home and cleaned our entire home from top to bottom, vacuumed everything, washed and dried blankets, pillows, sheets in high heat. Everyone in our home was treated. They said she needed a doctors note to state she was clear before she could return. And again said they had to leave right away. Unfortunately we have dealt with lice for quite awhile now so I know what a nit looks like. I also know a nit will not come out of hair easily. This is why my daughter was treated professionally to begin with. When my husband brought my daughter out and showed me, I pulled whatever it was out within a second. A nit would not come out that easily. So between the asshole Mike who clearly does not work with children often and the rudeness of the other staff, Hair Cuttery will never receive my business/money. You work with the public so you should all learn customer service skills because none of you possess any. Especially when you expect tips. And don't bother responding to my review acting like this is not what occurred. I have worked in customer service my entire life. I know firsthand how people can be rude for no reason. I do not leave negative reviews without absolutely GOOD REASON. Stay away from this location! read more

Awesome prices and lots of retail to shop from and many willing to help decide what's best for your hair. Excellent location and super easy parking. Salon is super clean bright and cheery. I find that Hair Cuttery's are always hit or miss, and this one was a miss for me. I went to this location once years ago and got probably one of the worst haircuts I've ever had. The woman that cut my hair talked non-stop the entire team so it was really no surprise to me when I got home to find my layers nowhere near matched each other. Wait time stated is not realistic! First time was told an hour, then at 1 hr was told another 30min, so we left (2 toddlers in hand). Second chance- called ahead and told 30 min. After 45 min waiting (with 2 toddlers) we were still not even next! Not sure of their hair cutting skills but time management and expectations were poor.
