The other employees were joking about a cosmetology inspection and Julia having to go back to being a shampoo girl. Next was the hair dye, and I wanted gray dye with shadow roots. I totally understood if she could not do it and I communicated that, but she said it was okay but it would be a 2 day process because I have some red dyes. (The red dyes were not bright, it was more burgundy by the way) I went along with it because she was supposed to be the professional. After the 5-hour ordeal, the hair color ended up being dark brown/gray but it faded into a light blonde somehow. I called back to request a different hair stylist/colorist and to voice my concerns but the person dismissed my issues and said I could come in on my preferred day. Then, immediately HUNG UP ON ME. Wow! Not once did she ask what was wrong. What kind of place are they running? Anyone who is interested in this place, please do your due diligence and research your hairstylist and/or colorist. It seems as though they are throwing just anyone at the station and I felt completely taken advantage of as a person of color who has long, thick hair. I don't understand how a salon could operate this way. Never going to recommend anyone here who has textured hair.
