Great guy, easy to talk to, fair prices, knows what he is doing, gives great hair cuts. I have been places before that you tell them what you want, and they tell you that's not what you want, or they just don't follow instructions well. TLDR: Pete is a fantastic barber and if you've been striking out in West Chester looking for the best barber then you should go see him. Experience: It took me less than 2 minutes to book an appointment online via their website and they had several spots available after 6PM which was very helpful. Pete has tremendous attention to detail and he's extremely experienced with clippers, fading, etc. He nailed the style that I was looking for. Pete takes his craft seriously and delivers with a very easy-going demeanor. Between Pete being great, the fast turn around, and the whole thing only costing $25 + tip, The Refinery secured my business for life. You also have to enter through the front door and out through the rear door. You have to get your temperature checked as soon as you walk in. Masks work right? Why are we doing all this?
