I debated posting this review but every day I wake up and have to look at the mess my hair is and have no ability to look human with the haircut I was given. I asked for an easy cut with bangs. She gave me bangs way further over than she should have. I asked for a couple layers, I now have a mullet. I cant even pull it back to make it look normal. It will take at least 2 months for my hair to grow out in order for me to have someone to fix it. Really upset about this. read more

Not really sure what happed to this place. Was set up for a hair cut I arrived my stylist was not in and was told I had no appointment, showed them the confirmation and let someone else do my hair. What a mistake in no way should this person be cutting hair. Went home to blow dry it out. It was all chopped up. Went back for a refund and the stylist said she didn't cut it like that ..well who else did ??? She wanted to fix it ..why would I let you near me again god knows how much worse you would have made it... She also claimed to be the manager I doubt very immature bobbing her head like a teenager and taking no accountability. We had an appointment for my 5 year old son at 9 am. First, the stylist showed up late. I told her my son was nervous and does better if I could sit next to him. I reiterated this twice. She said that it would be too crowded (there was only one other stylist & the seats were not close). Her concession was to turn him so he could see us in the waiting area. So I had to look at him and his sad eyes since I wasn't next to him. I guess it would be too much to be on time and understand that a young child might want their parents near them while interacting with a stranger. While this isn't the end of the world, why can't people understand that others may have issues or conditions pertaining to mental wellness that supersede their own preferences. I love this place. I love Horsham in general because there are so many great places. When it comes to hair cuts I feel that it is so rare to get exactly what you want and how you picture it. I don't like to lose the length to my hair but need to get rid of split ends (like most people). Callie is AWESOME!!! I went to hair cuttery for the first time a couple months ago and Callie cut my hair SO perfect!! It looked exactly how I wanted. My hair looked healthy and freshly cut but it still looked just as long ! My experience was amazing and I will follow Callie to any hair salon. Worst hair cut I have ever received and I get a buzz cut. I had someone who made me anxious the whole time. When I got home my wife pointed out to me how poorly done my BUZZ cut was. I stopped in for a haircut 11-3-14 around 11:30, I was greeted in a timely fashion and had a seat in the chair. I was asked what haircut I was looking for, I told the girl I was looking for her professional opinion. I was then told If I looking for a new style I would have to wait for someone else as she was to busy...... She then removed the gown and I just stood there for a moment confused by her actions. Did I mention that the girl clearly had trouble controlling the volume of her voice, I felt disrespected and left. Was recommended to get a perm there. They didn't have any experience and tried to tell me my hair was not healthy enough after a failed per almost 6 months prior. Refused to do my hair... on top of that I wanted the dead ends ONLY cut off. My hair was more than half way down my back! It now only reaches to my shoulder blades!!! I am telling all my friends and family in the area to avoid that location and any others as well. Screw me twice... never again! read more

I was ready for a change but wasn't sure what I was looking for. I walked into the Horsham Hair Cuttery and signed it for a haircut with the first available stylist. Jamie called me, she was ready to cut my hair. After she washed my hair, she asked me what I was looking for. I explained what I wanted, she asked a few questions, made a few suggestions. After about 15 minutes of interesting conversation I walked out with an awesome haircut. I continue to see Jamie for all my hair cuts & colors. read more

Came here because I needed a hair cut right away & my usual salon was booked. My stylist was Jamie. She had an attitude the entire time and didn't listen to what I asked for at all in terms of my hair. I hate my hair right now. I've been to this location several times and have had excellent service from several of the stylists; however, the woman who helped me today was absolutely horrible. She didn't tell me her name- I think it is Amber. She took my name but failed to ask me what service I wanted done. I sat and waited about 15 minutes and after she cut another patron's hair she got to me. She pointed me in the direction of her chair and I informed her that I simply wanted my eyebrows waxed. She took me back to the chair and I sat down and she had my lay back (without a towel in the next rest). She proceeded to wax my eyebrows while coughing up a lung (at least that's what it sounded like while I had my eyes closed). Half way through one eyebrow she walked away to get a drink of water and left me sitting there with hot wax on my brow. She came back and said it was dry and she couldn't stop coughing. She "finished" the job and I went to pay. Since she never asked what service I wanted to begin with I had to wait at the register while she voided and reentered my information. Once I got home I had the chance to get a good look at my eyebrows and she had barely touched the tops. I can't believe I just paid $10 for this. I will return to this location because most of the staff is competent and I've had excellent service there before but this woman will never be allowed near me again read more
