Made an appt for my daughter to get a trim. Fatbardha cut her hair and did not do a good job. All she had to do was trim her hair in a straight line and it's not straight at all. Should have been a simple haircut. Complete waste of money. My daughter said the whole appt from beginning to end was 10 minutes. This stylist obviously did not make an effort. Drove to this location as it had good reviews. Really disappointed even the door said they close at 7pm it was 6pm and they were closed. Saw a lady at the counter she looked turned around ignored us. They do cuts, color, waxing, blowdrys, treatments, relaxers, updos. Some even do extensions. The first experience was great. The lady was very attentive and asked questions to understand what I wanted. This time was not the same. I was in and out in 10 mins and that included a "wash" and "eyebrow cut". As you can imagine 10 mins and quick and a terrible job is what you get. Hair - not blended and not consistent. We'll... this was my first time visiting this hair shop and I don't think I'll be back. I have layers so I came in to have them touched up and cut the dead ends off, the lady that cut my hairs name was Amber somewhat friendly not sure she knows how to do layers. I asked her to add more layers in my hair since it's been a while and there pretty grown out, she said she could. It took her about 20 mins to cut my hair she didn't hand me a hand held mirror to see the back or to see how she did.(which should have been a red flag for me because everyone has you check you hair before you leave..) anyways I got home didn't pay much attention to it till the next day when I straighten it for a family dinner to find out Amber cut two layers in my hair and they are almost the same equal amount of hair in each layer now I'll I can do is hope the hair salon I'm visiting today can fix her mistake. My advice never leave the salon till you see the back of you hair and make sure your person knows how to do what you want done. Update: went to another hair dresser to fix my hair. The lady was in so much shock how horrible of a job Amber did she had to cut so much off her exact words were "this lady hacked your hair, not sure she knows how to cut hair." Very happy with this hair cuttery! I was unhappy with the color the original stylist gave me the first time I went there. I had originally showed her a photo and told her what I wanted and I really disliked the result as it didn't look anything like the photo I showed her. So I went back to the salon two days later and told them my feelings on it and explained why I was unhappy. The previous stylist who did my hair originally was not there but I spoke with Amber, she listened and said she would redo the highlights. So she color corrected my hair and made it look gorgeous. Run just as fast as you can!!! I went here for a haircut and it turned out awful. I spoke with the stylist and told her the kind of cut I wanted (nothing special) she was very confident and told me it wasn't a problem. I think I knew at the very first snip that she didn't have a clue. I noticed the other two stylist looking on - really paying attention to her cutting my hair, they didn't say anything, but I could see it in their faces. When she was done - everyone in the salon knew that I had a bad hair cut. I asked her of she was satisfied with the way she left my hair, she admitted she was not. One of the other other stylist attempted to fix it - but it couldn't be fixed. I left the shop knowing that I would need to go to the barber or wig shop. I went to get my dry,damaged, dead hair a new look and a healthy one at that. I was very skeptical knowing i had to cut most of my hair off (almost to my ears)! But i love it!!
