Visited today for a haircut. Thursday at 1:30. Checked in online. Show up and ZERO customer. Girl walks from the back and checks me in. Sit down and before she can start someone walks in. She says "just a minute so I can check them in" This turns into. 5 minute conversation. Guy wants a specific stylus who isn't working. Describes how he wants his haircut and how nobody else seems to be able to get it right. She talks him into staying saying oh yes any of us here can do it. There's three of us here we're all able to cut your hair that way. The guy spends a couple of more minutes describing how he wants his haircut and asking are you sure and of course she does everything she can to keep him there. All the while I'm sitting in a chair listening to two others sitting in the back joking and laughing while I get no attention. Why can't one of them walk to the front and help check somebody else in. aggravated and frustrated that I'm being ignored while two people are sitting in the back doing absolutely nothing. Got up and left. Nobody said anything they see me driving away and just stare out the window like G what happened. The stylist and help at the Lake Mary location have only gone downhill in the last couple of years. Three people and only one can get up and welcome people in the Door. Hate to do it but I guess I gotta find somewhere else to go get my haircut. And before you comment, it's not about the seven minutes or more that I was having to wait it's about the fact that there were two other people that could've helped this guy at the front desk but I guess they just didn't want to put for the effort. If I could give zero stars, I would I am absolutely appalled at the service I received and I paid for in fact,I really want my money back. I was charged $300 for a simple detangling service yes, my hair was tangled, but if the stylist could not do it she should've said something right away,instead of trying to do it and making it worse because that's exactly what happened. It was so bad that I got a call from the manager later that evening to reschedule my next appointment because I left a review like this one on their website. And I refuse to go back into that salon. She had to reschedule it with a different salon and a different stylist. I do not recommend coming here. I had long hair down to my butt, and now I am forced to cut my hair almost to my scalp. My hair was tangled, but it got even worse when the stylist decided to braid the tangles for her next appointment which was three days away. I will never spend another dollar here in fact, I want my money back all of it, including the hundred dollar tip if I could sue I would because that's where I'm at. I cannot believe how bad of a service I received, I mean they're supposed to be professionals. if I could post pictures to here, I would unfortunately I can't. ***Just an update: I got a call from their corporate office apologizing for my experience and offering a free service. While I won't be taking them up on the offer, I did want to note it here because it's an integrity move. Kudos to the chain. I think it's awesome that the company itself reached out and want to clarify that my review only applies to this specific location and not the entire chain.*** Disappointed and won't be back I wanted to do something somewhat extreme with my hair. I went in on Sunday to discuss it and make sure it was possible. I was told it was and scheduled an appointment for Tuesday at noon. Tuesday morning rolls around and I get a call asking to reschedule because the stylist needed more time to complete the service I requested. I'd already taken a half day off work for the appointment but fine, she needs more time, she needs more time. I reschedule for Friday at 3 - and take ANOTHER half day off work for the appointment. Friday at 3 rolls around. I show up for my appointment. For some reason it was booked as a "color correction" and the stylist tells me because she didn't know what I wanted, they don't have the supplies on hand to complete the service. Here's an idea. If the service is so major you need hours to complete it, maybe follow up with a question or two BEFORE I come in after taking time off work. (Like, idk, when we were on the phone together only days before?) Maybe toss in a follow up or two to make sure you have what you need. I don't know your inventory system, you do. I'm asked if I want to reschedule yet again. I politely say I'll have to check my schedule and leave with no intention of ever making another appointment at this salon. If you can royally screw up scheduling this much, god knows what you'll do with a dye bottle in hand. I'm going to err on the side of caution and find another salon that has a better handle on customer service. read more

I've been going to the Oviedo salon since 2014. This is the first time I felt completely taken advantaged and my hair butchered. I wasn't given the price up front because she was "trying to figure out how much to charge". I had a root touch up with a gloss. I asked her to frame my face and bring the rest of my hair to a v shape in the back. She gave me uneven layers. I never asked for layers. I didn't want a blow dry or style, so I left with wet hair, which I now know should have had her blow dry it to see what she did. The worst part was she charged me $170. I start a new job this morning and have to wear my hair up until I can get in to another salon to fix it. I was a loyal customer of this salon until now. The first time I returned, the manager was very rude during my appointment. That was unusual. Then returned the second time and loved the stylist that did my hair. Good experience. I used a cc and was told my receipt would be emailed. Right it was! The charge was over double the amount of my bill. I returned the next day. I was rudely greeted by the manager.... then was told, oh your bill has a different name on it. I requested a copy ... again the manager, shall I say, butted in rudely, speaking to me like I was an idiot. After a consistent horrible experience at a different nail salon, I decided to just stop going all together. I didn't step foot into a nail salon for about six months maybe more. Today I decided that I wanted to pamper myself and get a pedicure and a manicure. Months prior to today, I passed by Blossom Nails, and was surprised that I didn't notice it sooner. Today, I decided to go online and read the reviews to see what my experience could be like. After seeing the consistently high rating and comments, I decided to call and see if they had availability. Not only did they have availability for the same day but when I got there Vickie greeted me by name, which impressed me because I had never been there before. I sat down in Vickie's chair And told her that I wanted to change the services that I had requested, and without hesitation, she jumped right to work. I told her that I was looking for a new nail salon home as the one that I went to previously fell short of my expectations, and I felt as though it was a churn and burn type situation. She comforted me by saying "well, let's change that today." Conversations flowed with everyone in the salon. I felt like I was part of the experience and not just a project that needed to be transformed into something beautiful again. My dip manicure turned out perfect there was literally nothing I could say other then "I love it." My gel pedicure was the perfect amount of time and attention, I needed to feel more confident in returning back to my normal routine of pampering myself. It was nice to interact and socialize as women and just take a moment to breathe from my chaotic life. By the end of my appointment, I knew that I would be a returning client and found my new nail salon home. Horrible customer service-- I have been here a few times. The first couple times were fine. But this last time (today) I went in to get a trim... Jen had called me a couple weeks ago to make an appointment for today, December 31 at 10:30am. I go in and she says how she has an appointment (that wasn't me) at 10:30am. After she admitted that she remembers calling me... she did not have my name down anywhere and did not try to squeeze me in (when she literally made an appointment with me). She didn't apologize and it was clearly her fault. I know she could have squeezed me in, I just needed a trim. I know she took the people who would pay more over taking me, because they were most likely getting color. I felt betrayed as I wasted my time driving there (I live 25 mins away) and she didn't even take any effort to fix her mistake. So rude. I will be finding a new stylist. read more

And I got the hair cut, she passed the blow dryer for about 5 minutes because she was in a rush and then she passed the hair iron on my half wet/moist hair with the worse flat iron that didn't even heat up!!! Do not go to this salon. I had a senior stylist who clearly is not qualified to cut hair. I have been growing out a pixie over 6 months. Which was destroyed in 15 min. I had a picture of a pixie bob that I was working towards. She did not listen, instead she cut off all my hair. Then said well it will grow and I won't cut as much next time. There will be no next time. She was more concerned about getting done quickly instead of listening to what I wanted. I really should take legal action. It is that bad. read more

I went to get my eyebrows waxed on evening and the lady Brittany was very nice and got me in and out very quick but i noticed that she messed up and took off the whole end of one of my eyebrows and she did not even acknowledge it.
