For a quality hair cut at a decent price this is where I go. The store is clean, the stylists are professional and good at what they do. They take time to find out what you need and make sure you like it before you leave. It's easy to make appointments online. I usually get the shampoo, wash and blow dry and come out paying around $32 (short hair) for the experience and $10 tip. I always leave looking way better than when I came in. I would like to note that the stylist Jen is fabulous. I have recommended her to other people who have not been disappointed. I cannot speak on the talent of all the stylists, but I can definitely recommend Jen. read more

I have never had a worse experience getting a haircut. I had the sides of my hair trimmed down and the blonde woman I had last time slipped the razor and cut off part of my eyebrow. After telling her you just cut off part of my eyebrow she then told me that she would never do that and tried to convince me that I didn't just see her cut my eyebrow. Unbelievable. My husband has been trying to grow his hair out for 9 months now but he needed it "shaped" and cleaned up a bit, so just a little trim to get the longer fly always cleaned up. He even brought a picture of what he wanted. The girl did not listen to anything he said and I guess she didn't even look at the picture because she absolutely butchered his hair! I just went for a color and cut paid 102 dollars and I wanted something similar to what I showed them. I should have turned away when the stylist kept coming to me with the swatch and not understanding what I wanted. I wanted to cry when she started cutting my hair and this is the second chance I gave this same stylist to see if maybe the first time was just an off day. My hair has never been so butchered . I was in tears coming out and so embarrassed. I have never hated a haircut so much in my life. I'm crying writing this. I know I have thick hair but isn't this what stylist are trained for or if you aren't comfortable I would have preferred her sending me away or referring me to someone else. I am never setting foot in this salon again and I wish I can get my money back but that won't give me my hair back. I can color my hair at home and produce better results and when I told her that it wasn't layered right or to thin it out a bit more she refused because it would make it Poor out. My hair left in worse shape than it came in. She didn't listen to a word I said about it framing my face or how I wanted the bangs and instead proceeded to blame me that it was in a sense my fault my bangs came out messed up. My mom needed a haircut and she usually goes to super cuts. I was really happy on how the service was. There were two hairstylists there and they finished up two gentlemen fairly quickly. The wait was maybe 10 minutes. I wish I would have gotten the hairstylis9name who cut my hair, she had red hair and was super nice! She was great! I was a little worried because I have thick wavy hair and some people don't usually do a good job cutting it but this lady did such a great job. She was also good with recommending products for natural. Plus, she was pretty cool and held the conversation. My mom's stylist has been cutting hair for over 17 years.. she knew exactly what she was doing. If I'm back in the neighborhood again, I'll be back. read more

This happened a few weeks ago, but I am writing about it now, as this story is worth hearing. I have had a lot on my plate with a recent family passing, so I had failed to post this. OK, HERE GOES.....I was in town for the weekend a few weeks ago and needed my hair done and this place seemed easy and convenient...or so I thought. I came in around early afternoon (around 1ish), and not too long after I was waiting in lobby, I heard a stylist being screamed at on the floor. This was pretty startling and shocking. The place was pretty busy; there were about 3 people in stylist chairs, about 5 or so other employees standing close by, and about 6 people in the lobby, when the yelling started. As stated already, this ordeal was quite shocking and I felt very bad (and sad) for that stylist getting harassed like that right there in the middle of a busy day, in front of EVERY customer and staff member for all to hear! I come from a management and customer service background and this all struck me as VERY SEVERE and HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. The other people in the lobby waiting felt uncomfortable too and we all just looked at each other, rolled our eyes, shook our heads, and just felt odd hearing all this go down...IT WAS LOUD and must've been humiliating for the employee (who, from what we could hear did nothing to incite such crazed behavior). If you have a problem with an employee, this should be done respectfully in private (away from customers and other staff members). I can only imagine what a hostile work environment this must be...if you have no problem acting out this way with a full salon going, what must it be like when no customers are around??? It can't be good there. I hope this is not an example of what Supercuts stands for as a company? No one deserves to be screamed at on floor in front of other co workers and clients, period! Again, how humiliated she must of felt. I almost started to say something before I left, but stayed silent and I wish I hadn't. I was left with a bad taste in my mouth about this business. I don't want to punish all Supercuts with a boycott, but the feeling I got was so severely off-putting and as I was driving off that day, it made me feel like NEVER going to ANY supercuts again. In retrospect, I realize all Supercuts operate and are managed by different management and have different management styles. But, I will honestly say, I will NEVER visit the Casselberry Supercuts for anything again, as they seem to NOT have a cohesive management style and the whole place seems rather TOXIC...who wants that! Apparently, this salon hasn't realized that bad word of mouth is so much worse than good word of mouth. People see how you treat others (employees and customers) and how rude you are...so they will stop coming. That's how it works! I will not be coming back and since I've told most of the friends/family in the area that I know, I'm sure they will not come to this salon either. read more

Literally called this morning to make appointment , they tell me 3-330 to come in . so i get there at 3:10 to be told to leave because i didnt have mask on. Okay i understand were in this time right now . but one we are not in a county where its required (so i dont have one) and two someone that made the appointment should have told me its required . read more

I come here alot. Never had an issue, the manager is nice, but jessica is awsome. Shes very nice, easy to talk to. She doesnt hurt when she waxes, did an amazing job coloring my hair. This was my third visit to this establishment for a haircut and this visit specifically made me write a review. There were only two people working on a Friday night at 6pm and I waited well over an hour for a simple haircut. The staff appeared to meander through the clients in a slow fashion, which wouldn't be an issue if nobody was waiting but in an hour they were only able to get through a total of two people. There were only 3 people ahead of me when I initially walked in. Usually the service is extremely quick I just feel this was a failure on behalf of staffing and efficiency. Friday night at 6pm appears to be a common time for most to get a haircut and waiting over an hour I feel is unacceptable. Especially when your paying almost $20 for a simple clipper haircut. After an hour of waiting, I still had not been waited on and ended up walking out due to the extended amount of time. read more

This is my first time to a chain salon in many years. I needed a quick cut, just to get the dead ends off, since I am in transition of finding a new stylist. I called ahead just to be sure they were open on a holiday (which they were) and even though they dont take appointments, they do put your name and number down so they know you are stopping by. I arrived 20 min after I called and was able to be helped almost immediately by Mariana (sp?). She took a quick look at my hair, asking how much I wanted trimmed. She washed my hair, trimmed it with ease and I was done! Swift and simple and exactly what I wanted! I really appreciate them being open on a holiday and how easily they were able to accomplish what I really needed. I totally recommend this salon! read more

They have specials on Wednesdays, and the owner takes care of the location as shown by the parking lot just being repaved. Honestly this place doesn't deserve a star at all in my book. I went in to get all of my hair black from platinum blonde and a hair cut. I got this lady that was so sloppy with the color that it went all over the floor as she was applying it. It was all over my forehead and all down my neck and it stained my shirt even though i had a cape on.... I then proceed to tell her that she was doing the color wrong that i needed my hair re pigmented before she applied the black she swore up and down i knew nothing of what i was talking about. Well then she rinsed it out and sat me down for a hair cut, and then proceeded to dry my hair. As she was drying it all i could see was parts of the blonde coming through like spots in the black. So she had to re-do it. then the barely washed it, and blow dried it, and i left. I took a shower when i got home to get all of the black off of my face and down my neck, and to get the remainder of the shampoo that was in my hair out, and it all pretty much washed down the drain. So now i have blonde showing through again. I guess my time i spent here tonight wasn't enough that i have to go in on my day off and get it fixed once again tomorrow.
