My son went for a haircut and when he came back home, it looked awful. His bangs we cut too short and completely uneven. The entire cut was choppy and not blended. I can't believe a stylist would let a customer leave like that. Our entire family will no longer go to the Hair Cuttery. So disappointed! read more

I booked a MENS haircut and was misgendered the entire time. Carried through with bleach and then tried to rope me into other products.

I followed my hairdresser Mercy to this location. She always does a great job on my color and cut.

Came in for a color and cut. It was sort of last minute so I am sure the stylist did not know what she was doing or was not focused at all. The cut was absolutely the worst chop job I have ever had. Never again! I questioned her at one point and she turned me around and said "No you can't see". I would not take a chance going here ever again read more

Do NOT go here unless you want choppy and uneven layers. Ended up going somewhere else after getting a haircut here so they could fix it because I did not want the stylist to mess up my hair more than she already did. Take the scissors away from these people. I also asked for shorter bangs and she just would not do it. The "bangs" she did were super uneven on the two sides and were around my chin when I asked multiple times for eye level bangs. read more

I went on the website yesterday to check in. The website said they were busy and it would be a 45 minute wait. I checked in and arrived at 5:00pm. I was told it would be another 10 minutes. Twenty five minutes later someone finally took me. She seemed to dislike her job and took her time doing my hair and eyebrows. I am having a hard time figuring out why I checked in on the website. Brought my elderly mom in for a perm, cut, and style. Michelle was so unsure of herself doing the perm. Paid for a cut that had any cut or shape to it and the curl wasn't done well at all and never combed out. Believe me, the worst $100, yes $100, that i ever spent! The person cutting my hair appeared severely intoxicated and was using profanity. I asked her to put a few layers on the sides and when she got a straight blade and randomly chopped chunks out on each side of my hair while stumbling and then spun my chair around asking everyone if they thought I looked beautiful, I couldn't wait to leave. I was leaving on vacation the next day and spent 2 hours doing my best to fix the damage done. My hair is still really messed up and I'm so scared to book an appointment anywhere after that traumatic experience. read more

I was so nervous! My son has beachy shaggy hair and every place I take him does a terrible job (even in Hawaii where everyone has shaggy beach hair). This was the best haircut he's ever had!! I also brought my nephew and his hair looked great too!! Very friendly and affordable! read more

I was told it would be 30 minutes for simple haircut no dry. After about 20 minutes the worker came and said oh it will be an additional 45 minutes, you can come back another time. They should have told me that to begin with. Bad business practice. read more

The ladies were very nice and the shop was clean. Service was quick. The stylist who did my Daughter's hair was amazing. My daughter is 10 so her hair cut was simple. A cut to all one length with some facial framing. However, I saw Teresa and I wanted a simple wash, cut with long layers, & blow-dry. I paid 35 dollars (regular wash and cut is 18 so I was charged 17 dollars just to have a blow-dry) and my hair was awful. The layers were cut so choppy nothing blended and when I looked at my hair cut in the mirror after the blow dry it looked fine but when I ran a flat iron through my hair the next day three different people pointed out how messed up my cut was. When I went to a different stylist to get things fixed she said I probably didn't notice it in the shop because the stylist probably blow dryed my hair to cover the mistake. I had already had about 5 inches cut off to get rid of dead hair (and Im a girl who LOVES her hair with some good length); I had to have another inch cut off just to get things to look better but it is not perfect...in order for me to get it perfect I would have to go shorter and I am not willing to do that. I will have to continue fixing my layers for months as my hair grows out until my desired length is acheived. I recommend this place for simple styles but if you are going more complex spend the extra cash for a high end salon...i know I personally will not be returning for my own styling needs but I will take my daughter back for her simple cuts. read more
