I was very wrong. This location canceled my long-booked makeup appointment less than 48 hours before the event because my service provider was "taking a break from the industry for a little." When I asked if anyone else was available, I was put on hold for about two seconds before being told, "Unfortunately no, sorry," and then abruptly hung up on. Completely unprofessional and honestly disappointing from a company of this size. Still waiting to hear back from corporate.

Needless to say I had a lot of hair. I picked great clips because I wanted to donate my hair for a cancer patient wig. They have a program set up "wigs for kids"where they give you the form,easy form,basically, name address, place you got cut and that's about it. Oh it's a self addressed envelope all I had to do was pay for stamps what a great deal. Plus they give the haircut for free. I don't mind saying with what I got I wouldn't have minded paying. Their prices are really good to begin with anyway.I Contacted on line set my appointment got assigned a time. Not difficult at all done on my phone, It was roughly an hour, they will contact your phone to tell you appointment is getting close and head over which I did. Everyone was so nice I would name them all but I've had a stroke in the past and can't remember them. I was assigned a stylist and she couldn't have been kinder put me right at ease. Told her what I was doing and even showed her a picture of an old cut that I hoped she could emulate. Well first she had to braid my hair for the donation. Did an excellent job getting the most, mind you my hair was 24 inches long. But she maximized the cut to get the most hair for the wig makers. She even let me make the first cut.then down to business had a wonderful conversation free and easy which ya gotta love. Felt very at ease esp with what had been done my locks were going to a good home. She gave me a cut that was as close to the picture I had as possible. Couldn't be happier with the results. I'll be going back for my trims and cuts won't be waiting six years next time but who knows. Plus got a beard trim perfect the way I described it was exactly how she did it my wife loves the whole look I highly recommend

They asked how long my hair was I responded shoulder length hair. They said it would be $33. When the lady finished I asked how much and she said $40 I told her they quoted me $33 over the phone.
