First time customer. I asked for my hair to be cut short and Molly did just that. Very clean place with very nice girls who know what they are doing. I recommend this place with one minor complaint. The loyalty cards require 12 cuts before a free cut. Sports lip only requires 5. Hmmmm. Time to step up the loyalty card game? I really like my cut. read more

Treat yourself to a relaxing facial. If you want to pamper yourself you must get on Jen's schedule. I received the best facial ever! She is very knowledgeable and professional. We went twice to find it closed during posted business hours. The third time we returned, there was finally a sign on the door with "Temporary Hours". Still had a 45 minute wait despite the app/online system stating no wait. We were told by the employees to NOT use the app as it is unreliable. Interior is incredibly worn and dirty. I took my wife there and against my better judgment, I waited for her. There was nothing there for guys to read, the wait was between 25-30 minutes, the music playing was loud & country, but the worst part? The worst part was listening to these hair stylist just chattering away about inconsequential musings & blathering amongst themselves , the people in the chairs, and even to the people waiting. Clean facility with knowledgeable staff. I am always blown away by the inexpensive costs of treatments and haircuts, especially if you take advantage of certain days SuperCuts offers certain deals. Like today, Thursday, I got a Tea Tree Hair cleanse/ conditioner / scalp massage that took at least 20 minutes of bliss for only $5! I love SuperCuts and the sign in process on the computer is a breeze. read more

This is not a barbershop and should not be confused with one. The place was empty at 10 a.m. on a Friday morning and the haircut I got was neat and fast. I don't exactly require any special treatment and I suggest that if you want any complicated or fancy work done you might want to try a more specialized place and expect to pay a higher price for what you want. Supercuts in general seems like a place for the minivan crowd but those expecting a Cadillac level outcome have come to the wrong place. Anyway, some of the reviews throwing shade at this place seem pretty overheated for a variety of reasons but in my case Lindsay did a good job and the experience was pleasant, fast and friendly. read more

I went in there yesterday to get my hair cut I told the guy how I wanted it cut and he didn't listen to me. Cut some of it way too short and the back doesn't even look like he did anything to it. Wish I could give a zero. read more

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. The first time i went there my "ombre" (if thats what they want to call it) came out orangish. They were willing to let me come back and fix it free of charge so i wasnt too upset . Two years later I was looking for a new salon and figured I'd give it another try since the girl who previously did h hair didnt work there any longer. Nope! Orange hair once again! Yet this time when i went back they to get it fixed she told me she couldnt re-do my hair because "i had it redone two years ago." And that if I wanted it "fixed" i had to pay to get it redone all over again. Mind you, she told me there was a 30min wait and THEN after waiting told me I couldnt get it fixed. To top it off, i couldn't even pay her to fix it.. She insisted i had to wait until the original person who did my hair came in..NEVER AGAIN! read more

I went to get highlights based on the 7 foils for $30 special that they have and arrived 2 hours before the store closed. Not only did I wait an hour and a half for the 2 stylists to finish cuts and blowdries, they had started before I got there, but once it was finally my turn I was informed that they couldn't do color because the store was closing in 30 minutes and neither of the stylists did highlights, only one did full color. The entire hour and a half I sat watching them move at the paces of snails no one asked what service I was there for once and no one was even able to do the advertised special. read more

I called 1 HR. Early to make an appointment for 12oclock called just 5 min passed the hour and the slot has been filled out. I had been a very good client for the last five years tips very well but this time with your company policy you don't recognize loyalty to your clients - and so very disappointed with your company and you don't deserve me!!!! read more
