I had my haircut done a few weeks ago with Bethany G. She was absolutely amazing and I can't wait to go back to her. I just moved to the area permanently and definitely found my new go to girl. I have lived in Philly for the past 20 years and had the same person do my hair all that time. I was so worried about moving to a new place and being able to trust a stranger handling this important responsibility. Bethany was so friendly, professional, and accommodating. She made me feel so comfortable with this transition. I don't even know how she is able to handle wearing so many hats there. At the same time that she was doing my hair, she was answering phones and handling the front register with walk ins. Clearly she is the manager there and somehow also handles personal clients simultaneously. I am very much looking forward to continuing my relationship with her and am so happy our paths crossed. I called to make an appointment. The manager said they only do walk in only. I go in sit for over an hr wait patiently. After sitting for an hr and a half 3 ppl come in and go before me. I questioned why. She said because the signed in online.. like what?!? How is that an option with a walk in?? I work 60 plus hrs a week and I only had a few hrs to spare and it was wasted. Communication is horrible. Not worth your time. I will blast this place all over social media!! read more

I moved from Tampa, FL in December of 2017 and ever since January of 2018 I have been a customer of this Great Clips. In Tampa I had a barber who knew how I wanted my beard and head (shaved) and was worried the first time I walked in. I met Missy and after she was done I knew she was my girl. My wife made a comment about how great my beard looked and was just as good or better than the barber in Tampa. Since January of 2018 I went to 2 other places when Missy was on vacation and they did a horrible job. It is a simple trim, but she makes me look like billion bucks. I was sadden when I called last week to see if she was working that day, to just learn, that she was fired. Thank goodness I found out today she is now at Railroad Barbershop in Rio. I gave this place 2 stars for the 2 years of great service by Missy. read more

Told the wait would be only 45 minutes which wasn't a big deal, didn't have much to do but ended up waiting nearly double the time. Chatted with the stylist and she seemed nice and like she knew how to do her job. You know sometimes when you start a project and in the beginning you're giving it your all, but then towards the end you lose interest and just want to finish? Exactly how I feel with this cut. Half my god looks absolutely flawless while the other half is genuinely embarrassing, debating on just buzzing it all off at this point since it was a relatively short cut. read more

Absolutely horrible and overpriced haircut was told only 15 minute wait ended up being about a half hour wait and being told I would only take a half hour in the chair to end up taking close to an hour for a hair cut that only got worse and worse they have no idea how to fade their and when asked about trimming the top of my head the lady pulled my hair to ask specifically how much when I told her she took about another two inches off I still have blotches of hair on the sides of my head that weren't shaved right and the entire time was silent I was late for wing night and had the worst haircut of my life I rarely write reviews but made an account on yelp just for this business since it was so bad will not be going back and I will definitely make sure my friends and family know not to go there. read more

My wife, Donna, stopped in to see her regular hair cutter; but due to a recent tragedy, she will not be in for a spell. Jody, who has cut my hair (without purple streaks) did a fabulous job.
