This is my second visit to Hair Cuttery. A happy returning customer. My first visit was a walk in to find super friendly Rochelle who said I had called at a perfect time for attention. Rochelle spent time chatting with me. Consideration of hair colour and conditioning treatment as the sun was causing havoc on my hair. Some greys and dryness needing attention. My visit was relaxing, a real treat and after my colour, super hair washing, conditioning treatment, haircut and blow I looked and felt great. Rochelle advised further on hair products to help with the Florida sun . we set up a follow up appointment as I was thrilled with my service and outcome and find myself here again. Second visit proving to be another very personal approach tailored to provide another positive experience. All the staff and customers appear happy in their surroundings. I have been coming back to this salon since I discovered Saniyyah during the pandemic, and I have not changed ever since. The energy is always immaculate, there's not one strand of hair anywhere in the salon, and Saniyyah is my curly hair doctor guru. She always treats me to the tea tree and trim special, styles my hair with my products. And regardless of whether she's doing a maintenance trim or a full haircut makeover​, she always hears my observations as the hair grows and tells me what she will do, how and why. She also guides me when a style doesn't fits my curl pattern, and helps me compromise so I can look my best. Initially my experience was blessed to have Gladys as my stylist ~ she was amazing in both her talent and her warm and welcoming demeanor! I reached out before booking to see if anyone could do what I was looking for, it felt it was time for a bit of hair make over. My daughter was also looking to make a change, Rochelle reached out, gave us hers as well as a couple of other stylist in the shop to look over. We set appts and since I was a little more open I was like whatever you think needs to be done! To say she explained it all as she did it, gave a few tips on how to fix in the go, I am more than happy with the outcome. Saniyyah is the best hairstylist I've ever had! She always is friendly and outgoing every time I come in! She remembers things we talk about and even how I like my hair cut which proves to me that she takes the time to listen to her clients. I drive about 35-40 minutes to see her and will only let her touch my hair. That location is always clean and full of life and happiness with all of the stylists as well! The time and care that the staff take when they do your hair is very professional. Saniyyah has done my hair for years. It has been hard finding someone who can do layers correctly and every time I get my haircut by her not only does she do it perfectly, she also remembers the stories I have shared with her.
