She went to this salon to have a nice hair day and what she got was a hair color that she now has to redo. We are both very disappointed and simply wasted money. When checking out, they asked her to schedule another appointment and she told them No, in fact it wasn't a good experience. Her comment was never addressed. She evaluated the condition of my hair, talked about my expectations & then on to a fabulous shampoo/conditioning treatments. She then suggested some very conservative, "long layers". Traditionally layering my hair has not been a good idea. She explained her technique and I decided to be adventurous. When she finished my hair was AwEsoMe. How presumptuous of them to think they know what would make me happy. I was escorted to the door with a promise of a call from the manage and a refund, (yeah right). Two days later, no call & certainly no refund. This is one of those places that's run by snotty nose little bitches, and if you don't fit that mold you're not welcome.

Charles, Crys and Caitlyn treat their customers like family and are always so welcoming! And trust, we've done it all, black, blonde, silver, brown, highlights, keratin, you name it, and Leanza has done it.
