I have long gray/blonde hair and I'm not a big fan of my hair. Other people love my hair but that's beside the point. Anyway, she was patient and provided her professional opinion, gave me options, and helped me come to a decision. She also seemed to care about the health of my hair, not highlighting over old highlights (years old) and causing damage. The best part is that she wanted me to love my hair. We had talked about putting in some low-lights but didn't. However, she graciously is giving me a couple days to decide, and if I want go back to get some, she will add them. -It's the day after, I haven't decided. Either way, the next time I get my hair done, I'll be wanting to go back to Jessica. The facility is kept clean, the staff seem friendly, and the stations are little private rooms. There are lots of services provided, for men too. For men, they provide standard cuts, fades, beards, and offer shaves (with a straight razor ). For ladies, they offer cuts, color, Up-dos, Brazilian Blowouts, tricky color stuff with fancy names, waxing, etc. It seems that if it's hair related, they do it. Price-wise, I walked out at $250 with tip. I did highlights and a cut, or shaped it/tapered.

She fixed my brassy root mess and turned my hair into a beautiful ombré blonde! I felt very at ease with her. She's upfront, honest and genuine. I have back pain issues and she was very helpful with allowing me to use my heating pad and when she washed my hair she put a pillow in the chair for me. Sweet lady! I'll be back!

I was there a few minutes and when I talked to one of his co-workers he finally acknowledged me saying "I am sorry I meant to call you...." I could not stick around, I had another appointment after my hair appointment which was apparently not going to happen. I do not know what it is with this salon. If you can handle poor scheduling and poor communication then good for you. Many people cannot. I have never had such a disorganized and sloppy salon before.
