The first time was great but this time I did not feel welcome…read more Practically gave me the boot after my subpar haircut and did not even offer to blow dry my hair when I stated at scheduling that's what I wanted. Then a minute after saying no to adding a tip I was asked again about a tip. After returning home to blow dry my hair I saw the true travesty of my hair. As you can see from the pictures it is choppy and there's one section that is a good two inches longer than the rest of my hair.

Front desk lady is very sweet spoken, helpful and always smiling. She not only act as a coordinator for the stylists but deals effectively with every client walking in. My stylist asked me what i wanted to get done . Even though i booked consultation appointment but ended up taking the service. Got beautiful touch up ombre to my hair n then 18" extensions. They took their time and deby was always checking in from time to time. While you get your services, they can order food for you (u pay for it but its just that they go extra mile to give you that service of ordering and paying on ur behalf. I appreciated it) from nearby restaurants and enjoy their free drinks. Now that is something you will be provided in every other saloon in texas but I really liked the quality of wine. Too smooth and with a kick. Once your service is done, be ready for a good photoshoot for their social media . They book your follow up appointment then and there if you prefer. They also give you instructions to take care of the hair color or extensions or any service you take. I really liked that they sent me pictures on my cellphone of the instructions because i forgot the package there. I spent $115 (gel + tip + shape "coffin" $5) I asked for round and the manager said it's still a charge + pedicure + extra scrubbing around heel $5 (basic spa$30) I gave a $20 tip. Total $135. This place does do haircut and eye lashes next door. I met a lady today who got her eyelashes done and they looked good. Very natural. Might consider. They have so head spa next door as well. She dry cut my hair at first... not an issue. But noticed that she wasn't doing the layers I requested nor the haircut. She noticed I had an undercut but did nothing to it(it needed cleaned up). I basically got a trim, a wash(she was aggressively digging her nails into my scalp and not in a feel good way), and she styled my hair in a straight way which I didn't want either. I didn't want confrontation because the front desk didn't seem happy about something that was going on with the stylists. I paid $84 for a trim essentially and I tipped(I know I shouldnt have but the appointment was a walk in and I still took her time)$15. I am super upset. Everyone that I have spoke to(friends)said they see no difference in my hair. Either do I. The atmosphere was very off too.
