Miriam was my waxer and she was very nice and told me she could tell I was a bit nervous but she made the entire experience great. She warmed me up with smaller strips that didn't even hurt as badly as I anticipated. She did warn me about the main ones that would hurt since they take off the most hair but she guided me through the pain which was really amazing and comforting. During the session, she was very friendly and was talking to me about things waxing and not waxing. It went amazing and I definitely recommend anyone who has never had a wax to come here. I was impressed with how clean and modern everything was. My wax specialist was really nice and was great at making conversation so I was distracted from any discomfort. My brows look great and the whole waxing process was quicky and pretty painless. My appointment was about 15 minutes long and I felt more like I was hanging out with a friend than getting a wax. All I have to say is book with Kennady! I came in for a Brazilian sugaring wax, and let's just say... I was very overdue. I walked in mentally preparing myself for pain, but Kennady completely changed my expectations. I don't know what magical technique she used, but the wax was almost painless. Seriously. There was only one strip that stung a bit, but honestly, it was nothing compared to what I was expecting. Kennady clearly knows what she's doing. On top of that, she was such a pleasure to talk to.
