He is still a bit too small to sit on the kiddie chairs. Instead they provided me with a cape and had me hold my son on my lap in his cute little cape. The staff was friendly and did a nice job. As one could expect, my son was not a perfect angel but he sat pretty good for his age. The stylist manouvered us as she needed and was a total pro. Others complained about the cleanliness of these chains, but this one was clean. I guess on a busy day it could get messy, but thats like any salon that gets swamped.
