To be fair, the owner and another young lady seemed to be training a new person, but I had three different people working on my pedicure. Only one foot got massaged. My nails were barely trimmed even though I asked several times that they be cut shorter. One person worked on one foot, she got up and someone else did the other foot, then someone else came over to paint my nails. It was the same for my friend. As much money as we've spent here, we felt really short-changed this visit and time before, so we probably won't be going back. The salon is always spotless and the atmosphere usually friendly; we just felt like we were regulars being taken for granted.

With just 4 hours before me appointment, Kimberly had an emergency pop up and cancelled my appointment. Apparently, with the business merging with The Edge, my appointment was not crucial. I work every day until 5:00 p.m., so my hours are very limited to when I can get my hair done. The receptionist tried to book me an appointment for next Friday at 10:30 a.m. and I told her "I work". Then she tried to book me a appointment today at 3:30 p.m. Again, I told her "I work". She then could get me in with a Level 1 stylist today, but I cancelled. So disappointed.
