Eric was my tech and he was fabulous! the spa pedi was so relaxing! I most recently brought my elderly mother in law for a dip manicure. She was visiting from Pittsburgh. Since she doesn't drive and doesn't go out much I wanted to make sure she had a good experience. She was pleasantly greeted by Fong. he offered water, joked with her and made her feel very comfortable. Her anxiety is usually terribl, but after the experience she raved about how pretty her nails looked and how much she liked Fong. She wants to visit more often just for her nails.
