I have naturally straight eyebrows so it's pretty hard to get a shape out of them. The lady, Donna, who did my eyebrows was not only friendly and very patient but made sure i was comfortable and getting what i wanted out of my appointment. she went slowly and only took a little off at a time so i didn't get freaked out or not get what i want. The desk staff and incredibly friendly!! the place has an amazing vibe as soon as you walk in AND they even put your name on a chalk board the day you have your appointment which felt like an absolutely amazing touch. as if it couldn't get any better i got a personal thank you letter in the mail days after my appointment!! overall it was just an amazing experience and i WILL be coming back.

I've been very hesitant to get my hair cut as I have very thick curly hair and it's hard to find someone you can trust to work on that type of hair. I had a wonderful person in LA but since moving up here I hadn't found anyone. It has literally been a year since I've gotten a hair cut. Bettina was recommended to me by a close friend and she was not wrong! Bettina took the time to listen to my concerns and did a fantastic job with my hair! Even better she did an amazing deep conditioning treatment called Olaplex on it that I had never heard of before. Anyone with curly hair knows moisture is our friend and this treatment was amazing and gave it lots of moisture without weighing it down. She also showed me where I can get the product that goes with it to use at home! I highly recommend Bettina and the salon as a whole. It was clean and bright and very welcoming. Bettina makes you feel welcome and was a joy to work with and left me with an amazing hair cut and happy curls. I will be going back and already have my next appointment set up.

DO Not go to Justine herself. She isn't very understanding at all. I was a few minutes late and she wouldn't take me, after I waited 6-7 weeks for the appointment for a color. I explained that a UPS vehicle was blocking my driveway which prevented me from leaving. She still wouldn't take me because she had another client coming in at 2:00. If she had lead with " I have a client coming in and I do multiple clients at once" and went from there. "Rather than your late" I would have been more understanding.

He has special needs and screamed the entire time. No tears though, so I know he was just angry, not hurt. Maria tackled this project with gusto. My little guy didn't handle it well but Maria even cut his hair while he was standing, while he was brushing my hair, while he was using the hair dryer. We will for sure go back to them for a cut. She was able to deal with him. But on top of all of that, his hair looks great. She made him look great even through all the drama. Thanks Maria and we will for sure be back!

One of the things that's been difficult is finding someone who will actually return my call or text, and I tried 3 different people before Angelica. She is super sweet and easy to talk to and charges a very reasonable price! She cut my hair exactly how I like it and made my experience so enjoyable. I highly recommend Angelica if you want someone who is personable and will do whatever you want. I just got a cut, no color or anything else. Thank you!!
