I got a gel mani pedi and had two technicians working on that at once. They worked well together to make sure it was okay for the other to move my legs or hands, so that it wouldn't disrupt the process. The hot stone massage was a nice touch as well! I like my nails really short and they did well with that -- everything came out great and was done quickly. Also, I'm not really a talker and I appreciated that they let me be in silence throughout my appoinment (but they had no problem chatting with some other customers wanted to have a conversation). The only downside or thing to be aware of is that its cash only. There is an ATM inside, just something that caught me a little off guard.

We arrived but early to only 1 other customer in the place and were promptly seated. Hot water and a foot soak started. I sat there as the water got colder and colder while my wires pedicure started. When I asked where my person was she said, "I do her first, then you" mind you the place was empty and this was 2:30 in the afternoon. Frustrated i almost canceled mine but continued. She rushed through both of us and now 2 days later I have 3 toes in pain because she cut my nails too short. The pedicure was painful and rough. She messed up my wife's polish on her toe nails too. I walked out with the worst nails I've ever had in my life. They are bumpy and not squared, but they're all different shapes and lengths.
