I got a gel mani pedi and had two technicians working on that at once. They worked well together to make sure it was okay for the other to move my legs or hands, so that it wouldn't disrupt the process. The hot stone massage was a nice touch as well! I like my nails really short and they did well with that -- everything came out great and was done quickly. Also, I'm not really a talker and I appreciated that they let me be in silence throughout my appoinment (but they had no problem chatting with some other customers wanted to have a conversation). The only downside or thing to be aware of is that its cash only. There is an ATM inside, just something that caught me a little off guard.

WELL I walked out of there with dye on my forehead (so bad I would not leave the house for a couple days) that took a couple days to get off, and very very dark brown hair. My husband of 30 years was shocked! never in my life has my hair been this dark. I texted Charidy the person that did my hair to let her know how very unhappy I was, and that now I would have to save up my money to have the color striped and try to get it lighted up. never heard a word from her !!! I decided to edit my statement and give the persons name I feel she either 1- knew the color was way to dark when it was done, and that I was walking out of there with my skin dyed 2-she just did not care I would not recommend this place at all

While there are a lot of "things" included in the pedicure, I wouldn't say that they were executed with the highest quality, nor with the greatest of intention & focus. Two things specifically stood out: 1) There wasn't a lot of effort to full attend to the dry skin/callus on the heel, & 2) the massage really lacked pressure & intent.

I walked out with the worst nails I've ever had in my life. They are bumpy and not squared, but they're all different shapes and lengths. Some are flat and flared out, some are round and some are bumpy, but they all look like my nine year old granddaughter painted them. I HATE them, and they weren't cheap. I wanted to love this place so bad... I came here three weeks ago and got a pedicure and my nails…read moredone. The pedicure was not what you usually expect, just water some lotion and your polish, I'm used to the whole shabang with exfoliating, rocks, wax, you know the typical pedicure. That's not the actual problem tho, it's up to them what steps they add on right. I came back on Sunday to get a fill on my gel x frenchies that were really cute done by Lindsey. She unfortunately was not there so the not so kind young gentleman ended up doing them. When I tell you I have never experienced such a bad service before. The nails themselves had me dumbfounded and the horror was that I had somewhere to be so I couldn't even get them removed or fixed!! Because of my crazy schedule I had to walk around with these horrendous nails for two days! Mind you the polish litterly chipped away on two nails on the 1st day. I finally went back today and at first the guy was offering to fix them but not so nicely, I understand he had a client but I didn't even want him to do my nails I wanted them done by someone who actually knows what they're doing or simply get them removed. After I got left standing there like a dummy, thankfully Lindsey walks in and she fixed my nails. I honestly would have appreciated this set getting completely removed and start fresh because even though she fixed them, they are not to my standards. Im really upset about this whole situation because like I said in the beginning, I wanted to love this place. But for now I don't believe I would return here :(
