The employee, Victor, painted my hair at least 3x darker that what I asked for. He didn't clean the paint of my neck and forehead and later wanted to scrub my face as it was a dirty floor! If that was not enough he market my shirt with color paint. When I tryed to communicate in the salon no one other than the receptionist was able to speak English! The receptionist left before I finished my hair so no one that could communicate was there! English is not my first language either, but you should be able to communicate to stay in business! I get there like 10 minutes later and there is not 1 customer in the salon . I was hoping once I arrived I would see the nice lady who once helped me but instead a semi tall white , blue eyed man came out already with a snarky attitude and asks " did you call" I say yes because I'm not going to lie , he proceeds on getting my info and putting it in , then he tells me to sit so I do he proceeds on putting the cape on me which I later realized still has hair on it from the previous cut and he tells me , just a haircut ? I said yes , do you want layers? so I tell him I want what I already have , I honestly don't know if I had layers or not , he doesn't even try to look to tell me , and he goes like "look at your hair do you even know what layers are" do you ?" with attitude and raises his eyebrows like if I were dumb . So I clearly said you know what never mind I take the hair cape off and he tells me "Don't raise your voice at me" when I never did he just treated me like I were some dumbass and I proceeded to tell him "you were a such a dick over the phone" forget this and walk away. Such a unsatisfying experience and I'm pretty sure he put the hairy itchy cape on me on purpose . If I could give 0 stars for my interaction with him I would .
