After 30 minutes I'd had it so I rose to leave. I told the receptionist who was half sitting/laying in a chair reading a magazine that obviously Amanda overbooked and I was leaving. Maybe people will sit in a doctor's waiting room a half hour but when we do so we're annoyed that our time is not valued. Waiting on a hair stylist for this long with NO EXPLANATION to the client is completely unacceptable. I will not be returning to this business. If I'd been informed she was running late I would have understood and waited. This did not happen. Hair Gallery, you would do well to communicate with your clients who are waiting for SCHEDULED services In the future. Just a word of explanation goes a long way.
