I love this place and have never had any issues in the past. My gel manicures have always lasted over 4 WEEKS because Tina and Sandy are amazin!!!. Nail growth is usually the indicator that it's time to get a new mani. I'm frustrated and confused as to what happened this time (I did not have Sandy or Tina)...gel polish was chipping after 5 days, I had to file down the nail just to cover it up and now on day 6 I easily peeled off all 10 nails in less than 2 minutes. My fiancé and I came in to get 2 gel manicures and 2 gel pedicures. We acknowledged we were walk-in's and did not mind waiting to be able to sit together during our visit. The woman at the front desk was immediately rude when we did not understand her question of "do we have gel on our nails?", we thought she said "you both are getting gel on your nails?" so we answered yes. Then we realized what she said and corrected ourselves. She goes "then why did you tell me yes" very loudly and very rudely. She then said one of us could get a pedicure while the other gets our nails done. When we told her we would like to sit together (to start planning our wedding) she got frustrated and told us because we were walk-in's that was going to be hard. We politely said we assumed so, and we don't mind waiting. She turns around to the pedicure baths where other customers were and yelled "THEY DONT WANT THEIR NAILS DONE RIGHT NOW" while flailing her arms around. We decided to leave and will not be back. I'm disappointed because I've gotten my nails done here before and had a good experience. But this one woman, alone, has ruined my impression. read more

Very pleased with the service and friendliness of the staff. We came with 5 people, multiple services for each preparing for the USMC ball, and were out in about 2 hours with a reasonable initial 30ish minute wait. I especially appreciated them giving dedicated time to each of us rather than jumping between customers like I've experienced at other places in the area, and offering to take a picture of all of us to capture the memory. My only complaint was that some of the staff didn't change their gloves between services and customers so didn't feel as sanitary as it could have been. read more

I was in town on business and had some extra time and decided to find somewhere to get my nails done instead of waiting until I got back home. Walked into the salon and they were really busy but I asked how long the wait was and was told "not long", and they were right. I waited less than 10 minutes. I called before going here, and they said they only did walk ins, no appointments, that it was first come first serve. That was not true. There were two ladies that came after me that they saw before me. They appeared to be regular clients as they were talking about their families w/the workers and such. I am on vacation, and while I don't mind waiting my turn, I wasn't sure how many people they were going to do this with. I had read someone else said this in a review, but because they were higher rated I disregarded this. Also, they weren't very friendly, and looked annoyed that I was in their salon. I was in more relaxed attire (capris/flowy shirt w/my Birkenstocks,) and it appeared that some of the people were more dressed up. It wasn't the kind of place that made you feel good, or at least not me. So, I decided to go somewhere else since there were a bunch of nail salons in the area. Because the worker at my new salon did a good job and just because they were nice, I gave them a $20 tip for my pedi/mani. Attitude is as important as the work one does, and people should feel good after they leave your presence, especially when you are in the service industry. I would pass on this place if you are a vacationer/visitor as it seems to cater to the locals. read more

One of the best manicure/pedicure experiences I've had. Clean-someone was cleaning the whole time I was there. Social distancing-only 10 customers at a time allowed.
