She also sells products for post treatment that helps prevent ingrown hairs. The procedure itself is fairly quick, and while there is some mild discomfort during the process, it isn't as bad as I had anticipated. Theresa's Face and Body is a Day Spa in Cape Coral Florida. I have been coming here for electrolysis and am seeing great results with little to no healing time. Theresa works quickly and is able to cover a large area in the time I have scheduled. She uses insulated needles which reduce the pain involved. For me this is a great thing as I have a large area to cover. After treatment she uses a calming cream that takes the heat of the procedure away quickly. Theresa also has called me within a day or two after my treatment in order to see how I was healing and to offer any advice. I was really impressed by this as I have not received that level of customer service from other hair removal places I've tried out. So, I didn't try to book elsewhere. She never called me back and now I am having to start over getting an appointment elsewhere. What a waste of time. Calm, caring and professional, Theresa put me at ease from the first visit, reviewing history, agreeing on treatment goals and explaining all procedures.
