So I came here to get my hair blown out for my grad pics and on the phone I was like I really want them to stay and look nice and the lady was like we can definitely have them hold because that's why I was going to a salon to get them done. But then when I got there I was told by my artist that really was so sweet said that she wasn't sure it was going to hold which was really upsetting when I was told on the phone it 100% would. I know this isn't her fault but I really wish I was told the truth and that they would've had to seen my hair. And by the time it was the end it looked nice but something I could've done at home but right when I got home it fell out and I really didn't have time to ask for anything else either. It's just upsetting as a college student who doesn't really have money to spend $50 on hair just for it to be the same that I could've done at home.

If you are not competent enough to perform a service, DON'T offer it! Don't waste your time or money here. Expensive, unprofessional and unqualified! Their response to my review on Facebook that they posted was nothing more than and out right attempt to cover up their mistake with lies saying they said they didn't want to dry cut my daughters hair. I have zero respect from someone who makes a mistake an attempts to cover it up with lies. Poor excuse for a human being.

But the quality of the pedicure was over the top good. I had Marisa, who diligently removed every dry flake of skin and cuticle. My feet haven't been this soft since I came out of the womb. Megan was my stylist and she was amazing. Their service is excellent and the spa is beautiful. A little pricey, but you get what you pay for. My cut is beautiful and I couldn't be happier with the color. I would recommend this salon to anyone.
