I went in with a photo and showed the girl, she said no problem, as she was cutting I said multiply times this is not like the photo , answer I just shaping , am just framing I asked several times for her to stop and she didn't. Turns out she left me with no hair basically, it is like a man's cut. And she stayed it looks like photo. Asked for manager she told me manager was in next week until then she was. The manager did call, she can't fix this no hair. She refunded 18 dollars and 2 free hair cuts,this really is not enough. I have a wig I have now to take it to be washed styled this is 50. Dollars. I was going to let it go but she then said everyone makes mistakes, this was more than a mistake, Cristina this is the girl that cut my hair should not be allowed to act the way she did or cut hair at this point. Giving it three stars because no two hairstylists are alike, consistency between stylists ability isn't possible. That being said, they will allow us to wait for a preferred stylist if she's not available when we check in. We find them to be friendly, and customer service oriented. I have pretty much went to this great clips as long as I can remember. And chances are I'll continue going here for a while, but today was outrageous. The whole "online check in" thing is frustrating enough, but the wait time isn't even accurate in their computers. I think it doesn't take account for all the time the barbers try to talk or go on their phones between customers. I've had many very positive experiences here but I didn't want to spend my Sunday afternoon by spending an hour and a half in the waiting room when I was told 28-30 minutes. read more

It is hit or miss, and you need to find out when a fave stylist works. And woe is me when that person leaves. That's the only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5. I've never had a hair disaster there, which I can't say about some more expensive salons in NYC & NJ (where I paid up to $75 for a cut). The latest stylist I had was Kate. She took my mumbo jumbo request for a new look and aced it. Took years off me! I asked for a couple things that wouldn't work and she took the time to explain why. Can't beat the price (+ now I get a senior discount), and your cut is gonna be pretty quick. If you have a simple style request, you'll most likely come out happy. read more

I showed at 8pm tonight as a walk-in. There was a 30-45 minute wait. I signed in....did some quick errands and showed at 8:40pm. Had an idea what i wanted...half way through i was asked questions etc...the stylist did a GREAT JOB. instead of a blunt cut...after her questions she livened up the cut and I am 100% Pleased. read more

I used to go here just about every month before I convinced my wife to cut my hair. It was always a good experience for my ridiculously simple style. Maybe once they messed it up but it was a new girl and I never saw her again. They have an app that allows you to see the current wait time and to check you in before you get there. Have been getting my hair cut here regularly for a couple years now. Though I don't often get the same stylist they have a note under my name on how I like my hair cut which is a very simple cut and I am usually pleased with the results. On-line check in is simple and convenient though I find myself just stopping by when I am out shopping. Sometimes I have to wait awhile but the wait isn't usually more than 1/2 hour and can go next door to grab a quick meal while waiting. They often have a sale on hair cuts which makes for a great deal. read more

I usually go in and ask for Megan she is the best person that place has she actually knows how to fade the hair and does a shape up around his face!! Went in yesterday for my two year old was little hectic but understandable with the Covid going on and just re opening up. Megan wasn't there so took the next lady!! She cut my son so horrible !! Got home and had to get clippers to cut piece that she left that you could see hanging. No fad or shape up around his face or the back !!! Also got charged $15 little over price for a 2year old Butcher hair cut!! They also where not checking everyone temperatures!!!! read more

5 stars for the asian girl who cut my youngest daughters hair she was so sweet. Maybe 1 generously for the one who cut my oldest, but its fine she was just clearly inexperienced in scissor and mostly chair skills to say it as nicely as possible. You get what you pay for here and its a huge risk by usually beginners but its good for kids or really simple cuts because its 8 dollars. read more

I will never go here again. So I've gone here a few times and it's hit or miss every time. I asked for a simple high and tight haircut. When I asked for the high and tight I requested a 0 buzz on the sides, a 5 on top and to fade it. Not only was this hair dresser not able to do a fade she did not know when to stop. The hair dresser pointed me in the direction of the mirror for the first time and asked how I liked it and I did at that point, it looked decent. The hairdresser proceeded to turn me away from the mirror and said she just wanted to do a little more touch ups. When the hair dresser turned me back toward the mirror the high and tight was about an inch and a half higher than we had agreed before she started cutting my hair and there wasn't the slightest bit of a fade, so I asked if she could fade it and she said she would. After she said she faded it and turned me towards mirror for the third time it was even further up and there was no fade. My hair at this point is looking like a Mohawk. She did a few more touch ups as she turned me away from the mirror and she said it looked perfect. At this point I had a decent looking Mohawk, too bad that's not what I wanted. I went to another barber that day and asked if they could fix my hair and they told me it would still look like a Mohawk if they faded it so I had to get my head shaved. This is the second time a barber at great clips was not able to do a fade on my hair. read more

I don't get my haircut much, I tend to do it myself, a little snip here and there, Well I have a wedding to go to this weekend, so I went in so get my ends cut and I wanted a cute side bang so I can put my hair up. Well lets say this hair dresser VICTORIA (I believer that's her name) Brunette girl who didn't even just to interact with me, acted like she was the queen of the place. She sat me down, didn't ask how I parted my hair after I had it all pulled back. Showed her a picture of how I'd like my bangs to be. Basically like a little bit of layering in the bangs not necessarily an INCH cut off my bangs. And I explained to her that I have thick curly hair but I straighten it, so when she layers it, do it lightly, not large chunks and do use thinking sheers on the ends. WELL GUESS WHAT she instead CUT A CHUNK OUT OF THE SIDE OF MY HEAD. My hair looks like a heart beat monitor. It literally makes no sense WHY she just cut a huge chunk out of the side of my head, no did I ask for that, I think not. Who would want chunks missing from the ONE side of their hair. ALSO that bangs. Cut all the way to behind my ears, I can have my niece cut my hair better, It wasn't what I wanted, she didn't ask me what I wanted, literally sat there and sucked her teeth at me. SHE SHOULD NOT CUT PEOPLES HAIR. I would really like to see her license because I'm pretty sure she doesn't have one. She didn't even tell me to have a good day. I still tipped her too, I hate it till this day that I tipped her because everyday I find something wrong and I have a wedding to go to. I WILL NEVER EVER GO HERE EVER AGAIN.
