It was my first time ever getting lashes and she wasn't very welcoming or warm. Like come on, girls are literally throwing money at you guys daily to be a confidence booster, at least amp up your customer service. Anyway, she did a decent job (although a couple of my lashes were going in total opposite directions from each other) I was kinda bummed because this place had such a great rep. I didn't even want to go back for a 2nd time, but I didn't want to waste the $200+ I spent on my first set. However, when I was late for a refill this week, I had to make an appointment with a different stylist. Holy Moly! ALYSSA you are amazing! She was super friendly, warm, and welcoming. Not only that, you can tell during her care that she takes her time and constantly brushes your lashes to perfection. Cause' Oh My God... when I opened my eyes I had the most perfect baby-doll curled, volume perfect lashes! I highly recommend Alyssa at the Flutter Lash Bar. I went in today to find some product to help repair damage that was done to my hair from years of dyeing. The girls ( don't know their names sorry) were very helpful. I asked a ton of questions and they were patient with me and I didn't feel rushed at all. I did read the reviews before coming here and let me tell you the negative reviews didn't reflect the customer service that I was provided neither the business.
