The only reason I didn't take legal action is because something in my heart told me to just let it go. There is another young lady there who is amazing and who I originally planned to see, but she wasn't there that day. I strongly recommend not going to the manager. But Bayleigh made the time fly by being so personable. So I really appreciated that! The service itself does not come with a wax but you can add it on, which I did, and if it's your first time waxing there you will receive 20% off. So that was nice as well. Through out the whole appointment I was made comfortable, but was also allowed to make suggestions with brow shape and tint color.
