I came in for highlights and left with significant hair breakage and a salon that refused to take accountability. My biggest concern wasn't that the highlights weren't what I asked for. It was the processing. While half of my head was sitting in bleach, Maria stopped my service to wash, blow dry, style, and check out another client before returning to finish my hair. As a result, one side of my hair was exposed to bleach substantially longer than the other. I initially noticed breakage while my hair was being brushed and blow-dried at the salon. After washing my hair at home twice, the damage became even more obvious, with the bleached sections continuing to break off. I contacted Celia after seeing the extent of the damage. Rather than investigating my concerns, I was repeatedly told my hair was only in bleach for 30 minutes. I asked her to review the salon's camera footage to verify the timeline, but she refused and continued insisting my hair was fine despite the ongoing breakage and photographs I provided. I was offered a treatment even though management already knew I live out of state. When I requested a refund instead, I was given multiple conflicting reasons why one could not be issued, including being told that "the bank does not allow refunds." The damage to my hair is upsetting, but the complete lack of accountability, refusal to investigate, and dismissal of my concerns were even worse. If something goes wrong with your service, don't expect management to take your concerns seriously. read more

First and last time using this salon. I was really excited this salon was close to me and online appointments were so easy to book. I went in for just a 3 in straight trim. When I got done with the cut she stated she took "4 in", but when I got home realized it looks like she took 6 in off. Which is really frustrating, as I wanted to keep my hair long for summer. Had she would have "recommended" to take an another in or so would have left it up to me, but she just did it without permission. Once my hair fully dried, it is COMPLETELY uneven. Every salon I have been to pumps the chair up or has me stand to cut my hair. She did neither and I have feeling that's why my hair is uneven. read more

Really friendly ladies! Came in for a eyebrow tint and I am super happy with the results! It's been about 3 weeks since I've gotten them done and they're still holding up. My mom got the eyebrow tint, lash lift and tint - her lash tint is gone (I think this happens to majority of people) but her lift is holding up and so is her eyebrow tint. I'll be back for additional tinting on my brows when it wears off and I'm thinking about getting the lash lift! Super happy with the results so far. read more

I rarely review businesses. However I feel like in this case I should share my experience so that if someone is thinking about going here to dye or cut their hair they will know what I went through. For starters I went to full moon to have an eyelash lift which I absolutely loved! At that appointment I spoke to the owner Celia and her daughter that I was thinking about having my hair dyed platinum. My hair was already lighter on the lower half of my so I asked if that would be possible. I did mention I want to be sure because I don't want my hair fried or it turning a horrible color. Cecilia then told me that she can get my hair there for sure "no problem" her words!! I set an appt for 2 weeks out. She told me to bring a pic of what I wanted. I went back to salon where I showed her what I wanted and she again assured me "no problem"! I sat at the salon from 10-6 which she told me that would be the case because I have dark hair and I was fine with that. My hair was curled by her daughter and pics were taken for their "website" the whole time they are talking about my hair they are saying how they used the most expensive conditioner for my hair so it won't burn! Well needless to say I go to pay and she charges me 300$!!! I was like oh wow! But I'm not one to say wait that's a lot! Well the next day after the curls were gone I noticed my hair looked horrible!! The pics speak for themselves! On Tuesday I called her because they are not open on Monday and I told her my hair is literally 5 different colors and at this point I'd rather not have her fix it because I'm scared she will damage it even more! If she could please give me half my money back so I could somewhere else I would appreciate that. She then says.. absolutely not!! I spent so much of expensive product for your hair I will not! You can come back and I will fix it! I did not want to go but after much convincing from my coworkers and husband because I spent so much I went back! Horrible I should have never done that!! I tell her let's just please dye my hair back to a dark color because this platinum look you said you could do is not at all what I showed you in the pic!! She then said oh no I can not do that!! I will just use blue toner instead of purple the way we used last time! At that point I should have just got up and left!! But no I stay there thinking I spent so much she says she can fix it let's fix it! Well she didn't!!!! She had a client there when I left and I didn't want to put her on blast in front of her client so I left and starting crying in the car!! I watched her charge out random prices for people like she was making them up in her head!! I hear her tell other clients "oh yes I can do that"! I just wanted to put my experience up so that others will know what to expect.. I know the owner or her daughter will probably respond to this post but honestly no need the damage is done and I definitely don't need a smart comment like I hope you find a salon that will suit your needs because honestly any salon would be better!!!! read more

Wow. I went in to get full highlights on my blonde hair. The girl messed it up so badly the first time she had to redo it again. After the second attempt I had been at the salon for 4 and a half hours and gave up on trying to fix it. They then tried to charge me $350!!!! For full highlights just on my roots that they couldn't even do properly! On the website it says $100 "and up" for full highlights. Then the woman tried to argue with me saying that's just how much it costs. I've gotten my hair done for 15 years and I've never paid even half of that for highlights. I am disgusted by the way I was treated and their shady business tactics. Another client who was waiting walked out as well after she saw what they did to me. Such shady and morally corrupt business practices (while they played their Christian music radio). Absolutely sickening. STAY AWAY! read more
