We mentioned this in person to the stylist (Jaclyn) right away, but nothing was done to fix it on the spot. We followed up by email the same day once the curls were even more limp. The salon claimed there wasn't enough time to do what we'd requested -- but the entire haircut + styling took 78 minutes, well under the 90+ minutes the booking itself allots (and most haircuts alone run 90 minutes there). Upon further emails, they claimed Jaclyn was the one who chose not to redo the style, which is a surprising choice. A 20-minute heat styling redo, done at the stylist's convenience, would have resolved this easily and kept us as loyal customers. Instead, we're back to looking for a new salon
