I absolutely loved my experience at Bombshell Salon! They take walk ins and I came by on a Monday afternoon around 2 pm for a cut and wash. Angel was available at this time and she was phenomenal! We did a hair consultation before getting started and I'm pretty open to stylist suggestion. She loved my hair length and we decided to take a few inches off but do a lot of layers and face framing to bring some texture and movement to my cut. She spent a lot of time blowing my hair dry and styling with it as well (I was paying a lot of attention hoping that I'd be able to pick up some tips and tricks for next time I try to do my own hair!). I felt so much lighter after the cut and am absolutely in love with my hair again. I also loved that they give a robe for you to change into before the cut. Then the smock on top of it to stop the hair pieces. The whole salon was open and airy and I felt very well taken care of the whole time here. I highly recommend! read more

I've been to three different stylists here and each time have received great service. I've been seen by angel, Amy and today I saw James. James did a fantastic job on my haircut today, I am really happy with it. He was very professional, efficient and detailed. Head massage was great. It was another amazing experience here. What I love about Bombshell is it's never super duper loud or has harsh smell of chemicals. It's a very calm atmosphere and always feels like a special treat to visit. After spending $425, not only did he not color her hair in the way that he promised he could deliver, her hair came out worse than before. Instead of apologizing, instead of offering to make it better, he told her that he wasn't capable of coloring her hair in the first place and that he should've told her beforehand. Of course, when she complained, he said he can then fix it for her for even more money. This is absolutely ridiculous. I am livid. I am so happy with my cut from Bridget! My ends were so dead and I wanted a change from all one length but wasn't exactly sure what I wanted to commit to just yet. We decided face framing layers in the front and I'm so grateful for her guidance. My hair is happy and shiny again, and it looks like none of my length needed to be compromised. Worst experience I've had at a hair salon in years. So disappointing as I would have given them 5 stars a few months ago when the stylist listened to me and gave me a beautiful cut, and did not damage my hair as she did last week. I'd told her about my past experience with my hair being over processed with bleach, and how I prefer color only/no bleach as it damages my hair. She didn't listen to me, told me it wasn't necessary to look at the photos I'd shown her a few months ago...that she "knew what I wanted.". Well, after 4 hours of time wasted, a very unpleasant experience (including her not properly conditioning my hair leaving it knotty & painful to brush out), I spent $720 for this terrible experience and cried when I left. My hair is completely damaged, over processed and looks like an amateur not a professional did it. Now I have to spend more time and more money this week getting it properly toned and deep conditioned and "warmed up" so I do not look like a bleach blonde with a terrible haircut. I've been wearing a baseball hat to cover up this mess until I can get it fixed...not how it should be at the incredibly high prices charged at Bombshell. Be careful who you trust with your hair. If a stylist resists seeing photos of the cut/color you're envisioning, run! read more

I don't usually like to write salon reviews because it feels like a personal attack on the person who is doing the service. I won't mention any names. Essentially, I felt super pressured to have my hair cut in a way that I didn't want to. I ended up spending almost $600 to get my highlights ruined and hair cut in a super unflattering way. I hope that I can get used to my haircut for how much I spent, but I think I'll have to spend at least another $200-300 at another salon soon to get the hot mess on my head fixed. read more

I had previously left a good review because I felt bad for how long it took the stylist to work on my hair and color, and I was satisfied with the color but the haircut I got honestly made me hold back tears while I was there. During the consultation I said that I wanted a little bit of layers but not a lot, I even told her about one time (over 10 years ago) when a hairdresser in another country cut my hair into basically two different lengths and I was scarred to ask for layers for that reason. But ironically the same thing happened with this hairdresser. As you can see in the picture the whole front side of my hair is cut really short and the back is still long. I hate it, obviously. I commented a little on it in the salon and she answered "it's still there". I'm never ever letting her cut my hair again and will probably never ask a stylist for layers and now I have to grow out my hair again. Very disappointing. I won't name names but be careful with who you let cut your hair! read more

This review is mainly for Krishna (although all the girls at bombshell are very nice and helpful!) - I have never had a hairstylist as PATIENT and THOROUGH as Krishna. I have a lotttttt of hair and it's very thick and very dark. I wanted to go purple and it was an 8+ hour project but it came out perfectly. Flash forward to 3 weeks ago it was time to go back to a normal color and she removed the purple and used a nice light brown color. She's also extremely sweet and easy to talk to. KRISHNA did my hair and I am sooooo happy with how it turned out. She will really listen to you and the vision you want for your hair and help you attain your dream hair to the best of her ability. I was OVER my blonde hair and tried multiple times to color it over back to my natural color (dark brown/black) but it just kept coming back and my hair was so dead. Krishna brought my hair back to life. At first I was afraid that my hair might turn out too light with the partial highlight but she PERFECTED the look I was going for with her expect techniques. She made sure to blend my roots so that my hair grows out better and subtly so it looks great for a long time! She did lowlights and toned it down to get the color I was looking for.
