I was so happy I found them again and their awesome customer service/skills. Here's a few reasons why I LOVE them - Everyone knows how Chick-fil-A has consistent quality, minimal wait time, and delivery speed does not sacrifice quality - no matter who is working or managing right at that time. Well.... Classy Nail Bar Royse City is the Chick-fil-A in this industry. (That's a huge compliment. All Chick-fil-A fans will understand this ) I've NEVER asked for a specific person bc I have awesome experience with all of the employees here. that should say a lot! EVERYONE is great! In the event your results are not as you wanted, politely let your tech and/or the management know. They all are very receptive to your feedback and want to make sure you are more than just satisfied before leaving. While I am a simple customer - manicure, pedicure, gel polish - I look particularly for cuticle trimmed, smooth paint lines around my cuticles, smooth tip edges, clean under nails, and callus removal, gel paint that never comes off, etc. I must say I always see the extravagant nail designs they are always doing as well - They are ARTISTS I am someone who pays attention to how owners/management/business leaders treat and speak to their employees. This management and staff treat each other with respect. Period. I won't go into things I've seen elsewhere, but just know that customers notice the positive dynamic and vibes yall have with each other. We see you and appreciate all yall My husband and 2 adult kids go w me too. My kids were about 12y old when we started and they have seen them grow into adults now. They were always so great with them when they were little, much appreciated. They always strike up conversations (unless u want silence that's okay too) and like to get to know their customers. My initial design color selection she didn't seem to like; herself. She talked me out of it after showing me the colors together. The 2nd design she didn't replicate the photo like I wanted and she seemed to be come frustrated with me instructing her how I wanted them. In the end I gave up caring and I dislike my nails. After finishing she put an overload of oil on my cuticles and packed her thing up, and walked off without saying thank you. I had oil dripping from my fingers, trapped in the pedicure chair with a drink on one side, my shoes off my feet, and my purse on my side. Oil dripped onto my clothing and it was difficult to try loving my purse to open the sides to even get out the chair. So rude and disrespectful and for that I will never return to classy nails. If you want a creative modern or contemporary type design that looks easy, they can barely do that well. I guess they save the extraordinary nail techs for the real fancy nail designs.

What stunk was the amount of drilling, sanding, and buffing was far more than I would have ever wanted. My natural nails are so weak now that my nail beds are sore to touch and bend every time I touch something. I grew my nails out to the length of my preference and now I may have to cut them down and start over. BEWARE: If you want your natural nails to have strength, don't let them near you with that drill or sanding box.

My wife went in for a trim and left with split ends still visible. The salon has a 2-week policy…read morefor corrections, so she went back within that time, only to find out the stylist who cut her hair was no longer there. When she explained the situation, the owner was condescending, questioning why she left with split ends in the first place and why she didn't come back sooner. My wife had told the stylist at the original appointment that her hair didn't feel finished, but the stylist insisted it was healthy and done. My wife homeschools our kids and drives one to college, so her schedule is packed she came back as soon as she could. Instead of offering a solution, the owner told her she'd need to return when she had time, since she didn't want another stylist to fix it because "they wouldn't get paid." When my wife asked why she was speaking to her so rudely, the owner replied that she was "matching her energy." All my wife wanted was a proper trim to fix the split ends left from her first appointment. The lack of professionalism and dismissive attitude from the owner left her with a very disappointing experience and still with an $80 unfinished trim!

I sat in the room while my daughter received the massage. The atmosphere was very relaxing. Mandy was extremely professional. She could not have done a better job for my daughter with asking questions and guiding her through the massage. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Mandy Barge. Also, Euphoria is a very beautiful salon/spa. The decor is very appealing and has a high end feel. We are so happy they are in Royse City. Further, the owner of Euphoria works very hard to make sure that your needs are met and that you are a happy guest. Great work everyone!

No one was at the front desk, I had no clue how to enter the services I wanted in the system: gel…read morepedi, dip mani. I was moved to a pedi chair within 10mins, but the colors to choose from I was pointed to but no customer service. I got sat down, my toe person came over, but I waited in the chair over 15 mins, and 5 people that came in before me got serviced immediately. I was given a bowl to wipe off my dip mani, it took over 30 mins, and I did it myself. My hands cramped, no direction, no nail person assigned. During this time, I was getting a foot massage that did not last 12 minutes and I could not even focus on enjoying it because I vigorously was still rubbing my fingernails. The pedicure was short, I could not speak and ask questions and it was a very stressful environment. She was nice but the experience was difficult. I was then told I need to move to a nail chair after my toes for my nails. I do these at the same time so I don't have to be at the salon for 2.5 hours. I got up mid service as there was no one who could understand me or talk to me. The shape of my nails were misunderstood, the colors were not as expected and even when I showed extreme discomfort, I did say I would pay for what was complete, but it was $34 for an anxious 1.5 hour experience for an important work trip that I can never get back. I had a full blown panic attack and had to leave- please work on helping customers understand how you operate. I felt embarrassed, disregarded, and unappreciated. you are new and so are your customers. *Also, please do not play children's shows in an entirely adult environment.
