I requested a Milky White Gel Manicure and that's what I received. My nails were shaped perfectly. The polish was superb. The establishment was clean and staff was courteous. What stunk was the amount of drilling, sanding, and buffing was far more than I would have ever wanted. My natural nails are so weak now that my nail beds are sore to touch and bend every time I touch something. I grew my nails out to the length of my preference and now I may have to cut them down and start over. BEWARE: If you want your natural nails to have strength, don't let them near you with that drill or sanding box. read more

Me and my mom went to get my nails done. I got a gel mani and pedi and the ladies who did my nail were super sweet and cracking jokes. Unfortunately that wasn't the case for my mom who was with me. My mom got color on her nails. The lady didn't ask if she liked the color and when my mom told her she didn't like it the worker was quick to give her attitude. When my mom said she wanted a clear coat on her nails instead the worker started mumbling things under her breath. Her pedicure was equally disappointing. I've had more than my share of bad nail experiences and this was one of the worst. The first time I went was December and a young lady did my nail dip. She was gentle and they held up very well. I thought I finally found my new go-to place. I went again 4 weeks ago. A man (I think his name was Danny) did my nails. It started with they didn't have the color to do what I wanted. I said "that's fine" just a French tip. They then spent a ton of time trying to get me to use a different color or let them paint over the dip. To the point I was getting mad. Then when doing my nails he hit the cuticle and made it bleed because he kept looking around instead of watching what he was doing. He decided the solution was to push back the skin on my fingers. NOT the cuticle, but the actual skin. Ilas he was actually lifting my skin off my finger I yelled Stop and pulled my hand away. He seemed shocked. My thumb was bleeding and it took 2 weeks for the scan to heal. The area is still slightly discolored. There is no way this guy was trained to do nails. He clearly had no idea what he was doing. read more

They're never too booked to get me in, if anything they say go grab a Starbucks (it's a 5 minute walk) and come back we'll be ready for you! Phong Phong does my nails and he is a perfectionist! I appreciate this in a nail tech because at the end of the day it is a luxury to have my nails done and he makes me feel like the most important one in the room when he's taking care of me! I was assisted as soon as I walked in. I got seated in a pedicure massage chair, and a manicurist did my set while getting my pedicure. I got an acrylic full set with dip powder. They had a lot of books to choose from for nail colors. I did a neon pink orange. The manicurist was nice, and a little chatty but not in an uncomfortable way. He was also very accommodating about making sure I was happy with the result. I got the deluxe cucumber melon pedicure. The pedicure was very nice, included hot rocks, massages, scrubs, oils, wax booties, the works. The pedicure was the slightly price bit of this experience. Bad experience & extrmely overpriced. I went in for a pedicure and Nexgen on my finger nails for a wedding I was in the following day. Nexgen was fine. But the pedicure was terrible. I choose the deluxe pedicure w/ regular nail polish. I have naturally square toenails and the nail tech cut them all the way down and completely round to where I cant even file them. Looking back at the receipt, I saw many mistakes. The deluxe pedicure is supposed to be $35, I was charged $45. I was charged $7 for tips on my toes which I didnt get and I was also charged $3 for matte coat which I also never received. Overall I paid, almost $100 for a terrible experience. I should have spoke up and argued the the price but I was so upset that I just wanted to leave. The only positive thing was that i was able to use a 20% off. Shame it was a bad experience seeing that it's only minutes away from my house. read more

Walked in and scheduled an appointment for the very next day. I originally scheduled a pedicure and dip polish manicure for my nails. I stated that I wanted an experienced person the day of my appointment. I arrive and informed the front desk that I still wanted my pedicure but wanted to change my dip polish on my fingernails to a regular manicure and polish. They immediately asked why and I said "no reason, this is what I want ". The lady (Rose) that was giving me a pedicure was very nice and sweet but her polish and filing was horrible. I requested someone else to fix it and they sent another gentleman over and fixed the issue. No problem! I came in around 10:30 to get my nails and toes done for an event I had that afternoon. I was expecting to be out by 12. Instead I never left till 1:20. The owner who personally (note she had a foot tech working on one hand while she did the other) did my nails was very rude and unprofessional. She kept arguing with me about the shape I wanted (which was square) instead she gave me coffin and charged me for it. She also charged me $10 for the length when I asked her to file them and told me If i didn't like it i could leave. She didn't start doing my nails till 12:20 which is nearly not enough time and it definitely shows on my nails. They aren't at all what I asked for and she rushed to do them so they came out bad. So I went back to see if they could take them off or fix them. Instead she told me I would need to pay if I wanted them fixed. This is after I already paid $73 not including tip on the whole service. She and the rest of the workers were rude and and not helpful and resorted to calling the police after they decided there was no resolution and that I had to just deal with it. I never raised my voice or cursed at them not once so i really hope this review keeps anyone from giving this place business or money. I promise it will be better spent else where. read more

I showed a picture of what I wanted my nails to look like and not only was the shape and length wrong but also they were so short that I couldn't get the design that I wanted. I really don't like to leave reviews but the icing on the cake was the attitude that I received AFTER I did not leave a tip. Why on earth would I leave a tip if I was unhappy with the service that I received?? I paid for the services rendered. I had been getting the powder dips (Nexgen, I believe) on my nails for the past couple of months, but the application was inconsistent, so I decided, no more 'tips &dips', just a basic manicure. I swear they picked the lady with an attitude. I got there two hours before closing, she came maybe 1.5 hours after. I couldn't help but feel that she was either in a rush or had better things to do. She rammed my cuticles aggressively and clipped them the same way. She even CUT me. I bled and bled, all in her haste clearly to do something or be somewhere else. I have. I never, ever, EVER want that woman AGAIN, an older woman. She knows better. She slowed down...a little after she screwed up. TOO DARN LATE.
